This private dog sanctuary, complete with all the amenities you could ask for, is nestled between the Bronx River Parkway and Hutchinson River Parkway in Scarsdale. The Scarsdale Puppy Palace is completely private and is an ideally located quarter acre, fully fenced in and gated dog park, and is the perfect location for you and your fur baby. As for the humans, feel free to bring a picnic blanket and bask in the sun or shade, or utilize the deck or patio. Plenty of nice eateries and markets nearby (including those for dogs). Enjoy the day with your pup! Or, ask for the WiFi and get some work done while your furbaby plays, sniffs, and relaxes. The perfect location for doggy birthday parties and dog training. Aside from being a dog park for our pups, those we fostered, and those we dogsit, this yard has also been used for training for Guiding Eyes for the Blind dogs. Ever since my family moved here in the late 1980s we have never treated the yard with pesticide or herbicide, we don't allow any poisonous plants, and we've kept this yard fully fenced (no gaps) and gated with plenty of privacy hedges. All of this is included in the price! Bottled water, toys, treats, bug spray, WiFi (ask for code), pool, hose controlled splashpad, towel service, an additional two kiddie pools, poo bags, and agility equipment. Ample free parking on the street. Deck and patio are always open. Referral discounts with Scarsdale Animal Hospital. As mentioned, these are all included in the price. Feel free to ask if there's something you or your dog would like. Your dog being happy is my goal! Sensory garden coming by the end of May! None of my next door neighbors or bordering neighbors have dogs or outside pets. This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood next to New York City and 25 minutes to midtown Manhattan, Greenwich, CT, Fort Lee, NJ, Rockland County, and Queens. I love dogs and I plan to follow my Mom's dream of starting a dog sanctuary. I started volunteering at shelters and dogsitting and walking at 16 over 25 years ago. More recently I've become a dog trainer and am increasing my skills at veterinary assistance. My resume also includes corporate pet health in both New York and Los Angeles. Dog Heaven! A river/lagoon to swim and wade, grass to run and play and woods to sniff and explore!

Give your pup a cool break at our 4 acre partially fenced private dog park over 100 meters from the street with water, grass, woods and more! Human friends can take a break in the shade and watch for some of the magnificent birds that also visit the river while your pup is having the time of it’s life. Private parking onsite. *** This is a “carry in carry out” “park!” Please take your poop bags. I cannot have all the poop :) There is a park with a garbage bag 200 yards from my house if you want to dispose of it quickly. Right out of my driveway, 200 yards on your left. Pull over and toss the bag into the garbage there. **Back patio is off limits. It is not fenced but please respect this space, tables, chairs, etc., as my private space and refrain from sitting/lounging. Please also refrain from in using the swing set. Please do your best to keep pups from running through any plantings! All other space in front yard near the river and backyard grassy area and woods are available to explore! ***I have recently found a lot of poop in my yard. You MUST clean up after your dogs. If it continues I will have to shut down my spot. Please keep a watchful eye on your dogs and clean up their poop. I cannot police the yard after every visitor and clean up their poop. Be respectful of the Sniffspot community and just in general have respect and clean up after your dogs!!!
