My name is Costas Themistocleous. I am a touring musician, songwriter, investor & entrepreneur. I am an animal lover. I have 2 rescue dogs & 2 cats. My yard is here for your fur babies to enjoy. A huge goal of mine is to open a dog & animal sanctuary for stray, abandoned & troubled animals.

Hello and woof! My yard is on the small side, but pups from 10-120 lbs have zoomed around to their heart's content! 🐾 Pawmenities include lots of dog toys, complimentary dog treats, dog-friendly lounging furniture on the patio, plus a deck with table & chairs for 6+ humans to enjoy a picnic. 🐾 Kiddie pool with access to water or ball pit balls are available upon request for that perfect instagram photo op! 🐾 If your pup needs a place to run, relax, or just get out of the house for awhile, come on over! 🐾 The yard is fully fenced, and there is parking for several cars in my circular driveway. 🐾

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
