I am a dog trainer and dog rescuer and I knew I needed a spot to just let the dogs decompress. This is it!

Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy sniffing and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The in ground pool is now open for both pets and visitors and is available for an additional charge until Labor Day (please scroll to Extras to reserve the pool). All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot.

Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

Welcome pups & humans! Our fully-fenced dog run is a flat 60x30 feet area with low grass, dog toys, treats, water bowls, and treated with organic pest control for ticks and mosquitoes. If added, we can set up the kiddie pool prior to your visit. What we make thru Sniffspot goes to the care of animals we rescue! Wi-Fi / covered porch for shade and inclement weather / dedicated shed aka “pup parlor” with sofa and chair to chill out on / bug spray, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, water for the humans. Pup playground is located on a 4-acre property (you can also have access to) called Graceland Meadows Animal Rescue & Sanctuary (www.gracelandmeadows.org) where we save pets and farm animals from cruel lives and needless deaths. Currently we’re home to two rescued horses and six chickens, located in their own separate enclosed areas. We have two dogs - and possibly another one or two at times that we’re fostering. My dogs will be inside when you visit — unless you’d like your dog to have a playmate … in which case happy to discuss and try it out to see if they play well together. Give your pup a cool break at our 4 acre partially fenced private dog park over 100 meters from the street with water, grass, woods and more! Human friends can take a break in the shade and watch for some of the magnificent birds that also visit the river while your pup is having the time of it’s life. Private parking onsite. *** This is a “carry in carry out” “park!” Please take your poop bags. I cannot have all the poop :) There is a park with a garbage bag 200 yards from my house if you want to dispose of it quickly. Right out of my driveway, 200 yards on your left. Pull over and toss the bag into the garbage there. **Back patio is off limits. It is not fenced but please respect this space, tables, chairs, etc., as my private space and refrain from sitting/lounging. Please also refrain from in using the swing set. Please do your best to keep pups from running through any plantings! All other space in front yard near the river and backyard grassy area and woods are available to explore! ***I have recently found a lot of poop in my yard. You MUST clean up after your dogs. If it continues I will have to shut down my spot. Please keep a watchful eye on your dogs and clean up their poop. I cannot police the yard after every visitor and clean up their poop. Be respectful of the Sniffspot community and just in general have respect and clean up after your dogs!!!

Yes, we have a picnic table. Will your dogs be in the yard? No, just yours. Do you have a place for the adults to sit? Yes. We have two cushioned rocking chairs and picnic chairs to move around. All we ask is that you leave it as you found it. Enter and exit at your designated times and always bring your dogs in and exit on a leash. They can run free off leash while visiting. Here at dog world, we have 8 rescue dogs of our own, and we love nothing more than to share the fun of our yard with others! We had a human reactive/dog reactive german shepherd, malakai, who unfortunately passed away before we knew about sniffspot, so in honor of him and other dogs like him, offering our yard is something i’m passionate about. in our .32 acre fenced in yard, we want to be inclusive as possible for all dogs and all owners. with that so, what we have to offer in our yard consists of: 🚨**NEW!!**🚨 -DIG SPOT! In our custom made Dig area, your pup can get their digging instincts out by digging as much as they want in their doggy sand pit. -SPRING POLE! Dog lives tug of war? then they will LOVE our spring pole, which consists of a pole that’s deep in the ground, with a tether attached to it. warning, your pup will absolutely want one to call his own after 😜 -pool is open in the summer, all we ask is that you do not let your dogs claw at the liner (stairs are available). if your dog isn’t a fan of a real pool, we have a dog size pool as well. pool latter will most likely be up due to safety precautions, just take it down. -agility equipment! including 3 jumps, a tire jump, a tunnel, 2 sets of weave poles, and and A frame! -plenty of room to play fetch, tug of war, chase, etc -tall sturdy fencing (with the exception of a few *single* panels loose due to weathering. most of the fencing on the property is 6 ft, with the exception of maybe 9 feet being 5 ft on the side. -dog water from CLEAN bowls -plenty of access to both shade and sun -turf and path around deck -very quiet neighborhood -access to hose and pooper scooper -WE HAVE A K9 BLOWER!! no stress when your dog is soaking wet out of the pool. -lots of parking -wide variety of toys, such as balls, frisbees, flirt poles, rubber toys, chuck its and ropes. neighbors dogs are *occasionally* out. they are only visible if you go out of your way to look through the cracks in the fence , but you cans hear them rustling around when they walk. in the near future, more agility equipment, And enrichment activities will be added. -**NEW!!** We now have a doggy-dig-spot! In this area, your pup can dig to their hearts content.
