The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. **The initial booking is for the yard access only. We have toys set up for the dogs to play in the yard. If you wish to have access to the pool please look at the extras and add accordingly. Thank you!** We have 3000 sqft of artificial grass for the dogs to run and play on. No more dogs getting muddy from playing in the yard. **It states that there are always dogs present but what that means is we have 7 of our own personal dogs inside the home. They tend to peak out the window at times because they are curious and nosey. Sometimes they may bark but we do keep our blinds closed and doors locked so everyone will be able to enjoy their spot with their own pups. We just know some dogs are reactive to others and we don’t want to surprise anyone if they hear a barking pup inside the home! 🐶🙃🐶** ***Looking to swim with your furry friends, look under the extras. We have an 14x28 pool for you to swim with your dogs. The pool comes with a 5x10 sunshelf for the dogs to be able to get in without fully having to swim. ***We have hose hookups for those who prefer to play with the sprinkler system instead. We have ample patio seating in the pool enclosure to escape any irritating bugs. We can provide sanitized bowls for water for your furry friends. Come and play/swim with your dogs in our wonderful backyard paradise.

Check out spot: We’re available any time between 8:30am - 8:30pm daily. Our yard is fenced in and sits on a corner next to a walking path, with a private entrance. It’s all grass with a few trees and saplings growing. There is plenty of room for running around, catching a ball or just relaxing in the sun. There is a table and umbrella seating area, toys to play with, water bowl and poop bags are provided. The scenery is just like being in a park, surrounded by mature Oak trees.

**The initial booking is for the yard access only. We have toys set up for the dogs to play in the yard. If you wish to have access to the pool please look at the extras and add accordingly. Thank you!** We have 3000 sqft of artificial grass for the dogs to run and play on. No more dogs getting muddy from playing in the yard. **It states that there are always dogs present but what that means is we have 7 of our own personal dogs inside the home. They tend to peak out the window at times because they are curious and nosey. Sometimes they may bark but we do keep our blinds closed and doors locked so everyone will be able to enjoy their spot with their own pups. We just know some dogs are reactive to others and we don’t want to surprise anyone if they hear a barking pup inside the home! 🐶🙃🐶** ***Looking to swim with your furry friends, look under the extras. We have an 14x28 pool for you to swim with your dogs. The pool comes with a 5x10 sunshelf for the dogs to be able to get in without fully having to swim. ***We have hose hookups for those who prefer to play with the sprinkler system instead. We have ample patio seating in the pool enclosure to escape any irritating bugs. We can provide sanitized bowls for water for your furry friends. Come and play/swim with your dogs in our wonderful backyard paradise.

IF YOU WANT A SINGLE VISIT AND NOT A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION: When booking for FIRST time, you will be directed to a "Sniffpass membership page". Choose "Free 7 day trial" (you will get a $10 credit). You will need to put your credit card info in. Now book your first visit! Immediately after, go into your account and cancel the subscription. The next time you book, you will still go to the subscription page but you will see a small "skip" button in read on the right of the page. Click on that and proceed to book single visits as usual. Still hurricane recovering but open! We still have some trees down and one part of the path is blocked. Equipment needs a wash and there are still twigs and small limbs littering the park but come on out!!! Proceeds from Satchel's Place benefit local rescues and pet owners suffering financial hardship. Working with local vets, we can provide financial assistance for pets facing "financial euthanasia" because owners cannot afford medical care for their best friend. Five minutes from either the Dade City exit (293, Blanton Rd) or from the north, exit 301 (US98/SR50). Centrally located 35 minutes from Tampa, 45 minutes from Orlando. Over 3 acres, completely fenced. Cleared area with shade for ball playing, wooded paths for walking. Enjoy privacy in a beautiful, natural setting with your pup! Agility equipment on site (recreational use only). Please note, this is a rural setting. Dogs may be heard barking in the background, but they cannot be seen nor can they enter the site. Check out spot: We’re available any time between 8:30am - 8:30pm daily. Our yard is fenced in and sits on a corner next to a walking path, with a private entrance. It’s all grass with a few trees and saplings growing. There is plenty of room for running around, catching a ball or just relaxing in the sun. There is a table and umbrella seating area, toys to play with, water bowl and poop bags are provided. The scenery is just like being in a park, surrounded by mature Oak trees.
