The property is 5 acres and fully fenced but 3 of the 5 acres is perfect for dogs there is a long treeline of 50 or so assorted trees mostly eucalyptus 50 feet high. Plenty of parking, indoor bathroom in our warehouse. We also have 6 miniature goats available for interactions if your dog won't hurt them. But the goats are separated from the area by fencing.

We have two areas that the dogs are welcome to enjoy; the main backyard and then to the side is an enclosed area if you want to enjoy a break. We have an outdoor sink incase your hands/toys get dirty, two small kiddie pools, and lots of dirt. I’m always happy to answer any questions if you have them, just reach out 😊

Not far from historic downtown (where I volunteer Visalia Fox theatre over 13 years), cemetary, Kaweah hospital, & less than an hour from Sequoia National Park as well as other tourist areas. Large yard. Dog will be allowed access pretty much the entire yard. Poop is constantly picked up. I am a certified canine obedience trainer & thru ABC & love animals so hoping to help owners and their pets enjoy more out of life!
