55Great spot!
55Clean, secure with lots of things for the pups to do. A water hose/bowl, poops bags with a trash can.. it's a great spot! Easy parking, too.
55Such a great yard and place for the pups to play! Thanks so much!
55Very secure and lots of activities for the dogs! The water bowl looked dirty but I had my own in the car that I filled with the sprinkler. The surrounding businesses were not open when we went so it was a perfect time for my dogs. We will be back!
55I recently took my dog to this Sniffspot, and it was fantastic! The fully fenced yard provided a safe and secure environment for her to play freely. There were plenty of toys available, and I was especially impressed with the agility equipment offered. My dog had a blast, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this spot for a fun and secure playtime!
55Very clean area and the toys were much appreciated by my corgi 😊
55My boys love coming here! This was their second visit and they had so much fun! Plenty of room to run around and explore. 🐶🐶🐶🩷
55First time visiting with neighbor and dog. It was a great spot to run and play. Lots of toys and agility equipment. We will return!
55Great spot! Easy to find, convenient parking… Water, poop bags, etc. 👍🏼👍🏼
55It was easy to access with great parking. The area was clean and tidy. Lots of toys and jumps to entertain the pups! Nice seating with a cover for some shade. Clean water and poop bags were easily accessible. We will definitely use this spot again!

11/23- We are back open! The field is ready and the trail to the beach has been cleared. I have been working hard to get this site running again for everyone to enjoy. Please realise the businesses around this park are still cleaning up. There is a security guard patrolling the area and keeping an eye on the buildings and my park. They are nice people and have my number if needed. Please enjoy the park again but be gentle in the area. 11/19- The site has been mowed and my dogs have spent several hours there at different times without illness or issue. We are hoping to open by the end of this coming weekend. 11/13 the fencing has been repaired, the gazebo is back in place and my dogs have been out there visiting without issue. We will be cutting the trail to the beach in the next two weeks then we will be ready to open. 9/28- heavy damage due to flooding. Closed until I can rebuild. Sites 1, 2, and 4 are open for your pups and your continued patronage would be a great help to me and this site. Access is possible to those sites. Thank you for your understanding. Have you ever wanted to run your dog on three football sized flat fields? This is your chance. Located behind UPM Raflatac in the cane creek industrial park this huge spot is the third one we have built. It’s been designed for complete privacy for you and your pets. No drive by traffic no people walking by, just you and your kids on 4 flat acres. It’s perfect for all ages of dogs and their humans because of the terrain! If you are up for an adventure, we have cut in a small trail to access Cane Creek. It is part of the same property but is NOT fenced in any way. If your pup enjoy off or on leash hikes, then feel free. The trail is outside the fenceing look for the silver gate across from the Gazbo. It is an out and back path with two small hills about a 3-5min walk in the woods. This area is not fenced. A picnic table, gazebo with swing, hammock and umbrella, are located here for lots of seating and shelter. Some toys are provided and even a game of horse shoes for humans! I think a Remote Control car or a drone, a mountain bike might be really fun to bring or even a Remote Control plane. This spot is actually part of the old Fletcher airport. All I want in life is to help people to have balanced dogs in their lives! Enjoy!

PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF BEARS! I have had a bear in the back yard a few times recently. They jump fences! If you need a better idea of where it is, it's within walking distance of the East Asheville Farmer's Market, Library, Fire Department, and Wells Fargo. I'm also close to Bull Mountain Rd. A few Announcements: While I make every effort to ensure that my roommate and other guests have cleaned up after their dogs, I have occasionally been informed that they have not. So I must now update the description accordingly. I welcome you to partake of my beautiful backyard in a peaceful neighborhood- as long as you are aware it is possible there is occasional dog poo. Also be advised that if you are extremely sensitive to poison ivy, be aware there may be some in some parts of the yard. If your dog is a curious sort, be aware that there is some yard equipment being stored under the deck and this area is open and not blocked off. I cannot anticipate every guest's need, but I am happy to offer my yard for a small fee to those who understand what is being offered. Thank you! Also, if you should happen to encounter my neighbor in the back left of the yard, please be advised he is unfortunately a little senile and has been known to be a nuissance to several of his neighbors. I don't want to scare you off, as we love our yard and will continue using our yard in the ways we see fit. If his (small) dogs come out while you are there, please be careful with your dogs, and please take anything he says with a grain of salt-, he unfortunately sometimes behaves like your classic grumpy old man. We apologize in advance for anything he says and are working on a solution. It may take some time for that to be implemented. Recommendations: 1) Please clean up after your dog. 2) If you book an evening time, be prepared with a flashlight, or know when the sun sets. I have outside lights, but I can't guarantee they will always be on, and they don't illuminate the whole yard. The space: A wide open space with rolling hills for your dogs to play, while you enjoy the view. *The sprinkler is actually a garden hose that is a "soaker" hose. It sprays water out of it like a sprinkler. There are plenty of sticks you can throw for the dog to fetch. (The location is 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 5 minutes to Downtown Asheville, and close to the Folk Art Center. The newly renovated Haw Creek library and playground, Creekside Tavern, and High Five Coffee are just down the street. You can also walk to the Haw Creek Farmer's Market from here on Fridays, 3-6 pm. You can walk straight from to the Mountain to Sea trail from here without having to drive, and hike to Lunchbox rock (seen in pictures here.) I included the porch pictures so you could see the sunset. :) ) There is hand sanitizer, sunblock and bug spray under the stairs, under the side of the bottom step that you are welcome to use.i
