55Our golden retriever Duke had a blast! He especially loved the swamp and made sure get as muddy as possible! He went home happy and tired.
55My dogs had a blast! It was great to have them run on trails off leash without any worry of running into another dog. Definitely a lot of bugs, so bring bug spray. Overall a great time and we will be back!
55My dogs loved it! The mosquitos were real heavy so make sure to bring some spray but it’s definitely worth it. My pups had a blast and the trail is pretty clear as well, it’s a fun trail and lots of smells and space for them to roam.

45Really nice trails, well marked and maintained. Definitely don't try to go without bug spray but they do provide spray by the parking. The only water we could access was a small pond/swamp area very mucky and weedy but the dogs didn't care.

55My dogs loved it here! The host provided everything you need. There are bugs, but there is bug spray provided when you get there. The trails are are well kept and easy to follow with the signs provided. I would definitely recommend this trail to anyone walking with a reactive dog. They can experience being at a park without being interrupted by other doggies.

Description

Enjoy a beautiful walk on a network of trails that traverse rolling hills in and out of the forest. At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. (We are currently expanding and connecting the trails, as well as clearing the views to the lake and river, so watch for some nice additions in the future.)

Welcome! We are excited to share our yard with you and your dog! This is a 0.25 acre rectangle of flat land with lush cut grass. Bring your dog(s) to run, play or train. We provide dog water, a few toys, shelter and shade. During the warm weather the yard will have a splash pad to enjoy, if desired. Please bring towels if your dog plans to get wet! There are cable spools, weave poles, a tunnel and a jump for your dog to use for confidence building and exercise! NOTE: This time of year, mushrooms grow in our yard after rain. These are standard lawn mushrooms and should not pose a threat to your dog other than the possibility of an upset tummy should they eat a lot. We do our best to remove these as we see them come up, but be aware you may see a few stray mushrooms, and they are NOT toxic. 🐾We will be closed 8/30-9/8🐾
