Description

Canine to Five Detroit – the Metro Detroit Area’s finest dog daycare, boarding and grooming facility – back in 2005. Now, years later, Canine to Five has become a staple in Detroit Culture and, through its commitment to dogs and their owners, has grown to include a location in Ferndale, Commerce Township and a fourth location on the Eastside of Detroit in the Jefferson Chalmers neighborhood. It’s where dogs go to have fun, but also learn socialization skills that will last them their entire life and burn energy through play and engagement.

The yard is a rectangular open space, there’s a small decorative rock garden in the corner but not much else - no trees or bushes. The single car driveway leads into the backyard. Additionally there is a small cement patio against the back of the house.

With lots of lush grass, a private pond for swimming and woods to explore your pup will for sure go home tired. Please note 2 people per dog allowed. No smoking on premises.

Welcome to our “back 40,” featuring an evergreen alcove, a small wooded walking path, lots of room to run, and tons of sticks to play with. For the humans we have a picnic table and two lounge chairs for relaxation. Special note for June and July: it’s mulberry season, and boy have we got ‘em (fortunately they are not toxic to dogs). Please note that our parking spot and part of our Sniffspot are covered by mulberry trees, so you *will* get berries on your shoes. Dress accordingly! 👍🏼
