Beautiful isolated 13 acre spot in the country. There is a clear well maintained marked trail through the woods to an area that has springs, a stream and a watershed. Moving on down the 1/4 mile driveway passed the house is a path down to the Tye River that has a nice size riverbank (beach) for romping and water splashing. Dogs who can swim can venture out onto the rocks to explore the river. (Low tide) Those who want to exercise can hike down/up the stream climbing big rocks and other obstacles. This is a highly wooded area with lots to explore “off path”, and on path so bring your bug spray. This is heaven for dogs and for those who prefer a challenging exploration vs a standard field or yard to explore. The walk to the stream/springs/watershed is a beautiful fairly easy walk. The river walk while there is a trail, it’s pretty steep, rocks to trip on and a good workout to get back up. The river walk is good workout if you’re interested in getting into shape! Our yard includes sun protection, camping chairs for dog parents, water bowls for dogs, and tons of things to sniff! Your dogs can enjoy exploring our fully fenced in yard and sniffing around our large tree, shed, and car port (no car parked there). We live in a great neighborhood so there's is traffic across the street but you won't have disruptions from neighbors and this spot. The photos show the yard throughout different seasons!

An acre of fully fenced in yard, an additional acre of open field (fenced on 2 sides only) with large trees, and a shallow river access that’s great for swimming and playing! The fenced in portion of yard also has kids play equipment available, rocking chairs, and a porch swing. A small picnic table with umbrella is also available for use. We do have neighbors, but because we sit further back than other houses, our yard offers a lot of privacy with woods and a field surrounding us. We often have squirrels, birds, rabbits, deer, turkeys, and geese roaming around! Your pets will enjoy the space to run, river access, and unlimited water! And you will enjoy the beautiful views and shade trees!
