Fully fenced yard built for entertaining. Trees have all been removed to allow for a large open grass area for zoomies. Also concrete patios and plenty of seating options including a hammock. Dog pool available upon request and if your pup needs socialization our rescue is used by our current trainer as a training dog and is very well behaved. If not the spot is all yours while you are here.

Fully fenced in yard with an available off-street parking spot. Chairs, couch, firepit, and even grill (upon request) available for the humans. Dog treats, toys, and poop bags available for the pups!

Conveniently located near Rand road and shopping areas, and a few minutes’ drive to downtown Arlington Heights. We have ample off street parking and offer a park-like space. About half of our 3/4 acres is fully fenced in. Hose and electric outlets are outside the fenced area but can easily reach across the fence. We have a designated toilet area for our dog, separate from the fenced area that you would be welcome to use if desired.

Our favorite times of year to see our Newfie play outside are winter (he loves to catch snowballs, chase our kids and then lay in the cold snow)…and the summer when he lays in the cool grass and plops himself down in the kiddie pool. Our large, private yard features ample grass as well as a concrete patio to help keep your dog’s nails filed! Our yellow lab’s favorite spot is in the back, by the wheelbarrow and some logs. That’s where he does his best “sniffing”! Please feel free to have a seat at our glass-top picnic table and use the umbrella to block any sun. If you’d like to sit on one of our comfy swivel chairs, we just ask that you re-cover it when done. The cushions are super thick and we want to keep them nice for our guests! We have tennis balls and other toys and please feel free to use the sprinkler if your dog enjoys it!

Hello little ones and dog owners. I actually have a 8,241 square feet yard size. I would say that is medium size that is gated all around as you see in the pictures exactly. Lots of room for running around, digging space, explore and have fun! I do have a fire pit in the middle of the yard and a patio deck for dog owners to sit and relax. I don't have much playing toys, but I have plenty of sticks and a ball that can be bitten and thrown. Don't worry, I can buy more toys or you can supply your dog's own favorite toys. I don't have any dog's. There are neighborhood dogs in their respective homes that may bark, but don't worry they can't jump over their fence or anything from their owners homes. If you would like little humans to play with dogs just let me know, if not the space will be yours alone. You can park in front of the house or in the driveway. Come bring your fur family to my little urban farm! We are a fully working farm so there are some ugly corners but lots of space to run free, dip in the little pool and play fetch!
