Description

Large and long space to run and play, can accommodate several dogs together. Shaded areas, sunny areas, areas with sticks and limbs. Nothing fancy but great for dog play. Mostly flat. Mostly mowed but small areas with tall grass sometimes for hiding since some dogs really know that. The spot is outside so there are bugs present sometimes certain times of the year- ticks, spiders, mosquitos, flies, gnats, etc. We are also directly next door to a lake which can increase the amount of mosquitos because they are attracted to water, please plan accordingly and bring bug repellant. Quiet area, very close to 264. The little swimming pool pictures is not typically present. *This is not doggie daycare- owners must be present with their pet(s) at all times. Outbuildings and cellar are private- no people or pets are to enter the those spaces. If children are present they are welcome to play on the playground at their own risk*. *** Coming soon- bug spray, gazebo with netting, agility training items, and poop baggies *** Absolutely no smoking on property.

Hazards

Sometimes birds drop fish bones on the property from the lake next door. We do our best to discard them when we see them but we don’t walk the property all day long so there are times they could be present. If you see one just toss it over the fence- we live next to the lake, nature will do what nature does, lol! If this bothers you then this spot might not be for you. 😊

Extras

Fire Pit$20

You can light on fire whatever is in the fire pit, whatever random sticks you can find on the backyard property, and/or whatever firewood you bring to your rented time and light it up. But you must make sure that you put the fire COMPLETELY out before you leave- which needs to start 10-15 mins before your scheduled time to be finished to make sure the fire is totally out for the next guests. We have a hose that you can use if needed.

I am a mom to several dogs and I take care of adults with intellectual disabilities in my home. That is why snifspot makes so much sense for me to host because I work from home! I have 1 acre of fully fenced yard(with several spots in the shade for sunny days) that my dogs love so I know other dogs will enjoy it as well.

Large private field in residential area that has securely contained dogs for years. Grass is regularly mowed. Multiple dog toys and agility type obstacles available.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
