We live on 15 acres, and now have 1.5 acres fully fenced! It is all very flat land making for an easy stroll with your dogs. We are boarded on two edges by farm fields and two edges by neighbors. There is a trail that circles the property, with plenty of space to explore. During the summer, please take advantage of the small kiddie pool. There are also toys and chairs in the fenced area for all guests. Some seasonal things to keep in mind: Spring/fall when we have heavy rain, some areas could have standing water and/or be muddy. Mid to late summer, there are fox tails (cheat grass) that can cling to your dogs. Winter, the trails might not be plowed. There will be a 5gal bucket in the wood shed (inside the fenced area) full of water you can use to refill the two water bowls. Keep an eye out for trip hazards! Logs, sticks, uneven ground and holes.

Have fun in this fully fenced, flat, partially mowed, partially shaded, quiet Sniffspot! Your pup can enjoy the parkour equipment or run around sniffing to their heart's content in our all-natural setting. Perhaps your pup would like to play with toys? We've got that too! A whole toy box of all kinds of toys and treats are on hand. Take advantage of the photo booth and other photo opportunities because we can never have enough photos of our pups. The 50 acres is mostly timber, with a 7 acre pond that has water in it most of the year. It will dry up on really hot years. I do have chickens and pack goats by the house. But they are inside mesh fencing, so your dogs won’t be able to get to them. The 50 acres is completely fenced with a 3 to 5 strand Barbwire fence. It’s in good shape. It is also the property boundary. So as long as you stay inside of the fence, you will be on the property. There are not a lot of neighbors but the ones I have are nice. When you come up the driveway, you can pass the house and drive up on the hill and Park at the conex container. There is lots of wildlife on the property, and I highly recommend that your dog has some sort of tick repellent, we do have ticks in the spring time. The upper part of the driveway is not graveled, so if there’s melting snow, or a lot of ran, it can get muddy. So be prepared for that. Your furry friends can enjoy our dog friendly Chuckie cheese play equipment, dig in a large sand box, enjoy a game of fetch in the grassy area, or run around sniffing until their hearts content. Top Dog Vistas has 4 acres of fully fenced trails for you and your dog to enjoy. (All dogs must be on leash for the first 300 feet from the parking lot to the gate.) This hike is not for everyone as it climbs 200 feet in about 1/4 mile. Once you get up the hill there are awesome views and rest stations scattered along the trails that are cut through the trees and brush. The total distance if you wander all of the trails at the top of the hill is about one mile.

My fenced backyard is a large grassy area for your dog(s) to run and play. There is a table with 6 chairs for you and your guests; and a basket of dog toys (balls and frisbees). Feel free to fill the small pool or use the sprinkler by the hose.

Doggy Challenge is a completely fenced one-half acre with obstacles to challenge your dog and grow their confidence.

Water provided during cold months from an Igloo 5 gallon water jug. Please put any used toys and dog bowls into the provided box when you are done. I disinfect and wash all items before returning them to the toybox. Make sure your dog is not sneezing or coughing for your visit. Updated vaccinations are required.
