Silent H Acres is almost an acre fenced spot for your dog to go sniffing, running, fetching, and discovering. There are toys to play with (frisbees, tug rope, tennis balls, etc) and sticks to fetch. The grass ranges from 2” mowed, to 4” natural, up to about 12+ inches. A smattering of trees and two sitting areas for you - the gray Adirondack chairs are a bit too heavy to move, but feel free to move the red ones anywhere you would like. ***We will be adding a couple of agility exercise areas for your dog in the next few days. Toward the front of the field, I have mowed a curvy type of track in case you want to work on guided leash training. For you, we will keep a track around the perimeter of the fence mowed so you can use it for a walking track. PLEASE NOTE, the electric fence is DISCONNECTED. PARKING - you can pull next to the left side of the barn, or anywhere along the driveway. Thank you for choosing Silent H Acres SniffSpot. If you would, please leave us a review on the SniffSpot App and tell your friends about us.
Fully fenced field with a few trees on the property and a barn if you need shade.
Twenty-seven acres right outside of 28021 city limits. Former cattle and sheep pasture, currently empty of livestock but waiting for you and your pup(s) to explore! Variety of areas: from large open pastures to heavily wooded (but still easily accessible/walkable) areas = lots to see, hear, and sniff! No need to pick up after your pet either! Water available multiple locations: outside the fenced pastures near block building/parking via hose pipe at the well near the garden 🪴 or inside the pastures (look for the blue barrels and the cattle waterers).
We will open back up when the weather is nicer. Each time we clean up we get another storm. Check back in March. You will have 8 acres fenced in to roam. Trash & Amenities: The trash can and other amenities are inside the carport. Seating: We have a table and four chairs in the bamboo/shaded area in the very back if you would like to have a picnic off the ground. At any time, you can request more seating. In addition, we have a bench inside the carport. Fence: The fence is four feet on three sides and five feet on the road side. The front fence is wood slats/split rail with wire. On other sides we have wire and chain link. *There are critters that like to lift up our wire fencing. Just beware if you have a tiny dog.* Wildlife: You may see snakes, rabbits, deer, and squirrels. There have been times that deer will be stuck inside our fencing. * We see hawks occasionally. Please watch your little dogs* Grounds: It is a hilly and lumpy so be careful where you step. ** Watch out for fire ant hills** Water: You have access to our well and a large water bowl. There should be at least one small water bowl in the carport as well.
Large fenced yard, open field to run. Walking trails with picnic table.
https://youtu.be/XMlu-_mwiD0?feature=shared Welcome to cloud 9! Our sweet little slice of paradise. Click the YouTube link to see a video tour of the property as it was operating prior to the hurricane. Most everything still looks the same... We've removed a couple of tiny houses but otherwise it is as as depicted in the video. With slight changes based on season. We have 9.5 acres of pristine mountain glory We have a large unfenced Field, Shallow Creek with some small waterfalls, a spring that feeds a tiny pond, a large cleared Homesite that's away from the road moderate to difficult trails and beautiful views. The trails are moderate until you come to the areas that we had landslides, at which point, you can turn around or enjoy the difficulty it presents. Sometimes I or other guests may be on property. If you don't want any other dogs present while you're here, please confirm by text ahead of your reservation time. Thanks so much! We look forward to sharing our sweet space with you. We do not have any trash service. Please do not leave any trash of any version on property including plastic wrapped poop... you'd think that would go without saying...but experience shows it must be said.🙄 All of your activities while on property are at your own risk. Owners, heirs, and other affiliated parties are not responsible for anything that happens to you or your pet.
We are working on fixing up the place just trying to get funds to get started
