Click the YouTube link to see a video tour of the property as it was operating prior to the hurricane. Most everything still looks the same... We've removed a couple of tiny houses but otherwise it is as as depicted in the video. With slight changes based on season. We have 9.5 acres of pristine mountain glory We have a large unfenced Field, Shallow Creek with some small waterfalls, a spring that feeds a tiny pond, a large cleared Homesite that's away from the road moderate to difficult trails and beautiful views. The trails are moderate until you come to the areas that we had landslides, at which point, you can turn around or enjoy the difficulty it presents. Sometimes I or other guests may be on property. If you don't want any other dogs present while you're here, please confirm by text ahead of your reservation time. Thanks so much! We look forward to sharing our sweet space with you. We do not have any trash service. Please do not leave any trash of any version on property including plastic wrapped poop... you'd think that would go without saying...but experience shows it must be said.🙄 All of your activities while on property are at your own risk. Owners, heirs, and other affiliated parties are not responsible for anything that happens to you or your pet.
Secluded wooded and grassy 14 acres with a section fenced. Come walk one of the 4 trails or enjoy the fenced play area, or walk the long driveway and loop. Take a breather and relax on the bench or rock near the waterfall pond. Or go on hike on back acres on your own adventure and let your dogs have fun playing in the large creeks. I have 3 dogs, but they are kept inside so enjoy the property without any other animal interference. You may hear barking if near house, but no worries, they can't get out. I will be glad to take you on a ride thru property to show you the best spots, or you can investigate on your own. Feel free to call me with questions...864-490-5681. 1/27- As the ground thaws this site may be muddy. This is a large private field that is tucked just a short distance from downtown Hendersonville one block from the Hendersonville Community Co-op and not far from Flat Rock! This spot Less than 10 minutes from Exit 53 on I-26! Making it the perfect place to stretch your legs before traveling on! It has everything you need: - Flat- though the ground is uneven - Drive in access so you can park inside the 12" gate into the fenced area with your pets and close the gate behind you - A custom built gazebo for shelter from the sun and rain - No drive by traffic - No people walking by - Full view of your pet while they run and play! - Games for people and dogs are already onsite! - However, Please remember extra water for you and your pets. I am passionate about helping dogs and this is my fourth Sniffspot and I will do all I can to make this one just as enjoyable for the responsible pet owners closer to Henderson County!
Twenty-seven acres right outside of 28021 city limits. Former cattle and sheep pasture, currently empty of livestock but waiting for you and your pup(s) to explore! Variety of areas: from large open pastures to heavily wooded (but still easily accessible/walkable) areas = lots to see, hear, and sniff! No need to pick up after your pet either! Water available multiple locations: outside the fenced pastures near block building/parking via hose pipe at the well near the garden 🪴 or inside the pastures (look for the blue barrels and the cattle waterers).

Silent H Acres is almost an acre fenced spot for your dog to go sniffing, running, fetching, and discovering. There are toys to play with (frisbees, tug rope, tennis balls, etc) and sticks to fetch. The grass ranges from 2” mowed, to 4” natural, up to about 12+ inches. A smattering of trees and two sitting areas for you - the gray Adirondack chairs are a bit too heavy to move, but feel free to move the red ones anywhere you would like. ***We will be adding a couple of agility exercise areas for your dog in the next few days. Toward the front of the field, I have mowed a curvy type of track in case you want to work on guided leash training. For you, we will keep a track around the perimeter of the fence mowed so you can use it for a walking track. PLEASE NOTE, the electric fence is DISCONNECTED. 1/27 As the ground thaws this site will have some muddy spots. Have you ever wanted to run your dog on three football sized flat fields? This is your chance. Located behind UPM Raflatac in the cane creek industrial park this huge spot is the third one we have built. It’s perfect for all ages of dogs and their humans because of the terrain! If you are up for an adventure, we have cut in a small trail to access Cane Creek. It is part of the same property but is NOT fenced in any way. If your pup enjoys off or on leash hikes, then feel free. The trail is outside the fenceing look for the silver gate across from the Gazbo. It is an out and back path with two small hills about a 3-5min walk in the woods. A picnic table, gazebo with swing, and hammock are located here for lots of seating and shelter. Some toys are provided. I think a Remote Control car or a drone, a mountain bike might be really fun to bring or even a Remote Control plane. This spot is actually part of the old Fletcher airport. All I want in life is to help people to have balanced dogs in their lives! Enjoy!

Our beautiful property- that we are so blessed to share with you, and that we have spent some much time and effort to make so that our guests love the full experience we offer, HAS Been severely impacted by Tropical Storm Helene. *****For the foreseeable future- and for the safety of our human and canine guests- Access will be restricted to our 4 Large fenced enclosures, along with the fields on the front side of the property- in Front of the cement wall. Thank you for your understanding and continued patronage. Tranquil 21 acres. Easy to find. Located off a quiet "No outlet" road. Property is half wooded with trails, half pasture. Multiple large, grassy, fully fenced dog pastures; 4.5' high fencing. Fully fenced obedience training ring with gates, broadjumps, highjumps, and bar jump. Trails to lazy creek and around perimeter of property. Kennels, cover, chairs and fans available for use in pole barn .
We have approx .4 acre area fenced for playing. Water access and seating is available.
