I have lived on this property since I was 8 years old. Our family moved to Murrieta in 1989 from Orange County. The land here was ideal for my brothers and I to roam and explore. My husband and I live here now with our beautiful boy Maverick. We are animal lovers and are happy to share our land with fellow animal lovers.
10 Acre Fully Fenced Private Land/Home in the De Luz area of Temecula. Lots of trees, leaves, and space. Long winding paved road through property. Large meadow.
Relaxing and quiet rustic country acre only one mile from town, mall, restaurants, etc. Dry creek bed, small pond, lots of shade and seating and table area choices. Beautiful views, birds, fountain, 3 goats, flowers, butterfly garden, sand volleyball court, olive trees, orchard, barn, small vineyard, rock and gravel areas, two huge flat lawns, soccer ball, patios, umbrellas, plenty of parking for groups, trail right out of our gate runs through neighborhood with giant meadow area!
We grow organic Hass Avocados on a 20-acre fully fenced farm. When you book our Sniffspot, you’re really booking the whole 20 acres to yourself so your dog can have the pleasure of running, exploring & adventuring off leash without worry of running into other humans or other dogs. Private home sits on top of the hill. 5 acres so your pup can be free to run and stretch their legs. Trail around the property with gated fence. Please do not disturb home owners unless necessary. Due by popular naming from our guests we have changed the name to Doggyland from Peacock because many have labeled our property “it’s like Disneyland for our dogs.”
Brand new fence and secure, with water, and electricity and music Bluetooth! We have dog trash bin and plastic bag ready for customer use .also equipment to clean up mess!:-) Location is 4400 feet above sea level with ocean view on clear day! Very quiet and peaceful!
Pool is not heated November to April. Come have some fun in our salt water pool. Hourly dog rate includes swimming with their 1-5 owners. Any additional guests over that, please select the large party amenity or I will cancel the reservation Long haired/heavy shedding dogs will need to message me prior to booking to ensure I have adequate time to clean the pool before the next guest.

Photos are from the winter. During the summer the yard is much dryer than the photos. Private fenced in back yard located in Lake Forest. Yard is free of chemicals and pesticides. Please park on the left side of the driveway on the street. I run this for my dad who is retired. He enjoys sharing his space and watching how happy the dogs are to run around.
Fully fenced, plenty of room to run. Couches, hammocks, chairs. Water provided.
