We live on 15 acres, and now have 1.5 acres fully fenced! It is all very flat land making for an easy stroll with your dogs. We are boarded on two edges by farm fields and two edges by neighbors. There is a trail that circles the property, with plenty of space to explore. During the summer, please take advantage of the small kiddie pool. There are also toys and chairs in the fenced area for all guests. Some seasonal things to keep in mind: Spring/fall when we have heavy rain, some areas could have standing water and/or be muddy. Mid to late summer, there are fox tails (cheat grass) that can cling to your dogs. Winter, the trails might not be plowed. There will be a 5gal bucket in the wood shed (inside the fenced area) full of water you can use to refill the two water bowls. Keep an eye out for trip hazards! Logs, sticks, uneven ground and holes.
Have fun in this fully fenced, flat, partially mowed, partially shaded, quiet Sniffspot! Your pup can enjoy the parkour equipment or run around sniffing to their heart's content in our all-natural setting. Perhaps your pup would like to play with toys? We've got that too! A whole toy box of all kinds of toys and treats are on hand. Take advantage of the photo booth and other photo opportunities because we can never have enough photos of our pups. And when your pup is tired, there is a cooling mat and elevated bed to rest. You too can sit and enjoy watching your pup live his/her life to the fullest!
This is a 11.5 acre ranch. I’m offering ten acres of forest for your pup to run and play. It would be beneficial for you to have recall of your pup for safety purposes.
Our property is shy of 10 acres, the fenced 3 acres of which we're sharing as a private off leash dog space for your pup to run and play. The property is located only 10 min South from Downtown Spokane, very close to HWY 195, South Hill, Latah Creek and Cheney. It is fully fenced with a 3-rail vinyl fencing with 3ft at its lowest point. ***It is a good idea to have a good “Recall” on your dog as the fence has gaps! *** ACCESS: 8283 S Sherman Rd Spokane, WA 99224 You will see a big lot just left off the main Sherman Rd, across an apple orchard. There is a photo in the listing with a pinpoint of the address, the arrow shows the entrance to the driveway. After driving up that driveway, you'll see a "SNIFFSPOT" sign on the gate into the field. Please reach out if you have questions. We look forward to hosting you ! Happy Sniffing! 🤗
Park is temporarily closed due to local flooding- we are letting the park dry out and will be open on March 5th of this year . Water hose has been turned off - a water cooler will be onsite) The driveway Road has been plowed but it is a little slushy - as the snow melts- 2/22/25 This is dedicated park is over 700 feet from our house (and down a private drive over 3000ft from fruithill). The park is designed to be a private setting for your visit- You will independently access the park and will not be interrupted- Have fun in this .5 acre 6ft fully fenced dedicated dog park near scenic Arbor Crest Winery in the Spokane valley. Your furry friends can enjoy our dog friendly Chuckie cheese play equipment, dig in a large sand box, enjoy a game of fetch in the grassy area, or run around sniffing until their hearts content. Take advantage of the photo opportunities for you and your dog in this dedicated park. Some toys are provided Kiddie pool is ready to be used ( please fill and empty when your visit is done) Running water is available to spray your pup or provide drinking water- Please scan the park before you leave- we are finding uncollected poop- we provide bags all around the park so please use them to collect any droppings- it is unfair to any guests following your visit so please pick up after your pet-
Please note! Closed during snow days. My fenced backyard is a large grassy area for your dog(s) to run and play. There is a table with 6 chairs for you and your guests; and a basket of dog toys (balls and frisbees). Feel free to fill the small pool or use the sprinkler by the hose.

Private, large, fully-fenced backyard with lots of grass, trees, and foliage to explore! Covered deck with dining table and lounge furniture available for use. Located in a nice north Spokane neighborhood with easy access to a major travel corridor. Parking is available in the driveway, and there is plenty of parking on the street, in front of the house. I'd ask that you please make reservations at least a couple hours ahead so that my dog can be tucked away in the house. Note: There is a dog in the house kitty-corner in the back (not in any of the houses adjacent). The property does not really touch mine, but if you have a highly reactive dog, it may be worth noting that they might hear them or catch a slight glimpse of them occasionally.
Top Dog Vistas has 4 acres of fully fenced trails for you and your dog to enjoy. (All dogs must be on leash for the first 300 feet from the parking lot to the gate.) This hike is not for everyone as it climbs 200 feet in about 1/4 mile. Once you get up the hill there are awesome views and rest stations scattered along the trails that are cut through the trees and brush. The total distance if you wander all of the trails at the top of the hill is about one mile.
The 50 acres is mostly timber, with a 7 acre pond that has water in it most of the year. It will dry up on really hot years. I do have chickens and pack goats by the house. But they are inside mesh fencing, so your dogs won’t be able to get to them. The 50 acres is completely fenced with a 3 to 5 strand Barbwire fence. It’s in good shape. It is also the property boundary. So as long as you stay inside of the fence, you will be on the property. There are not a lot of neighbors but the ones I have are nice. When you come up the driveway, you can pass the house and drive up on the hill and Park at the conex container. There is lots of wildlife on the property, and I highly recommend that your dog has some sort of tick repellent, we do have ticks in the spring time. The upper part of the driveway is not graveled, so if there’s melting snow, or a lot of ran, it can get muddy. So be prepared for that. I hope you enjoy the property as much as we do. ***ALL PRICES LISTED ARE IN USD***
