Description

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Hello friends! Our spot is taking a break for the winter. We will see you in February or so when the rains and muds subside. Wishing you the best! We are so excited to welcome you here! Once you book, please tell us a little bit about your dog and their needs. We’d love to hear feedback about the meadow and anything we can do to make it a great experience for your pup and you. GETTING HERE 9420 West Saanich Rd - This is the first driveway north of Ardmore golf course on the west side of West Saanich. - Drive up the long driveway, take the sudden left turn at the farmhouse, and straight ahead another 3 metres is the SniffSpot meadow -Park there (you'll see a chalkboard sign) - The meadow is on your left THE MEADOW - this is a fully-fenced 1/2 acre with 5ft tall fences resting a few inches off the ground. It is secure for small dogs. - it is a shady spot with dappled sunlight, full of deciduous ornamental trees, wild mint, and grasses - there is a flock of chickens next to the dog meadow, visible but protected by fencing AMENITIES - water and a dog bowl are at the front of the gate. Use the spigot and hose to fill the bowl as needed - an electric outlet is here as well for charging devices - garbage is in the “pan-insula” bin clearly marked at the entrance to the meadow. Put dog waste in the garbage bin, not the compost bin.

There are chickens safely fenced from the dogs but dogs MUST NOT bother the chickens.

Farm Fresh Eggs$6

We have two flocks of chickens who get lots of room to roam and live their best lives. If you add a dozen eggs ($6 USD- should work out to about $7 CAD) we will leave the eggs for you on the picnic table in our SniffSpot meadow. In the fall, we will have whole chicken roasts and lamb meat available. Talk to us if you'd like to order a custom naturally-tanned sheepskin rug! They go for $300-$350 CAD.

Hello and welcome to Anneth Farm! We are Mara and Mark and our dog Coyah, plus a flock of sheep, two flocks of chickens, and many other farm happenings.
