Description

Large open yard for the fur-kids! Big beautiful deck for the parents (or the pups, let's be serious!)

Hazards

None ON my property. There is a open area behind my property line that is a part of the preserve. My girls go back there with me when I mow and clean the area, and they like to explore and smell all the new smells, but I do not own it. It's not a hazard, but it is wild land, and we do live in Florida. I've only ever seen deer, turkeys, one armadillo, and lots of birds. There is a gate that opens up to the area. Please be sure it is closed and latched if you open it.

If you go out the gate at the back of the property, you will be in the preserve. I am fine with people and pups going back there at their own risk. It is not my property, so I have no control of the area.

1.6 Acre Private Fenced Field in Oakleaf

1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 4-5 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are occasionally in an adjacent fenced area. Although we put up a visual barrier in that area, they may bark when you are nearby. We have a number of fun features for dogs, including three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), two smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a small round jump, a tunnel, a wooden spool, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating - bring your picnic lunch. Running water, dog bowls, and grocery bags for poop are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, additional poop bags, and an umbrella are located inside the tool box seat near the entrance. We can also host dog birthday parties, gotcha day parties, or breed/litter get-togethers! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions at all.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
