Please make sure to walk your dog on leash into the lower, fully gated portion of the lower yard. The upper yard although fenced, does not have fencing all the way to the ground so large and small dogs could get out if they wanted to.

The last photo in the listing shows the section of the property that remains accessible when the creek is too high. Also, the property requires high maintenance due to its size.
