This fully fenced in yard is the ultimate oasis. Walk your dog on over and relax next to Ford Lake with optional usage of the fire pit, fridge, and tiki torches. We also have two playgrounds for younger children to enjoy. There's also a scooper, dog poop station, and toys available for you to use. Wifi is available free for guests. Connection information will be sent during your booking. Need to charge your phone or use an outlet? Feel free to plug-in to our outdoor receptacles. Need to run your dog at night? Not a problem! We have exterior lights we can turn on both by the lake and near the house that will give you more than enough light to see. There's also solar lights placed throughout the yard. While we don't specifically have an outdoor restroom, if you need to use the restroom, message us and we can let you inside. Dogs must remain outside while you use the facilities. Stay for an hour or have an evening relaxing by the lake with your pup.
We offer our 18 acres fenced in area. We specialize in reactive and fearful dogs. We understand the challenges of having a dog that is scared and how important is to have a place in which you can relax and enjoy him/her/them instead of being hypervigilant looking for triggers 24/7. And moreover, we want your dog(s) to have a place in which he/she/they can be happy and have fun instead of being constantly looking for triggers and feel stressed out. Here you will see no triggers (but a chicken or turkey here and there, which would probably add to the enrichment experience) We hope you can relax and enjoy playing with your dog and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. As extras, your dog(s) will still be able to smell different animals like deer, turkey, squirrels, snakes, frogs, and also play in our small agility area. You will not have to see any dogs while being here, no worries we have you cover. We plan on staying open year round as long as weather permits. As the weather is changing and days are getting shorter please book no later than 5pm. 🐶 If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place for your fur babies to play you have found the right spot. This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have 2 huge tires and an A Frame ladder). Also a great spot for birthday parties. If interested in a doggy birthday party. Please message me for details.
Come enjoy the country life with your dogs just minutes away from the city. We have a total of 5 acres with 3ish in the back fully fenced with 5ft welded wire. By the house there is a deck and patio with hose access and seating. There are tall grass meadow areas and mown grass play areas along with trails through the tall grass and plenty of voles to hunt around for. We have 2 50lb- ish dogs who play here all day who can be new friends or kept inside depending on your preference and theirs. The pond is full of nature and a very nice spot to cool off. Swimming with your pups is always an option.(see upgrade pkg) Please let us know in advance if you will need more than 1 dog towel. *** If you want to add a friend or relative and their animal please make sure they are aware of all rules and liability. *** *** No smoking, vaping, alcohol, chew, etc permitted on property. ***
Welcome! We are working hard to make our peaceful, quiet 12 acres into a beautiful park. You are welcome at any time, day or night, to walk, run, bike, ski or snowshoe with your dogs. We no longer have any pets-- no more dogs, horses, chickens, or other livestock. We are often visited by deer and groundhogs. Although we have 12 acres, the house and barn are in the middle of it, so you may see the house from many areas during your visit. Usually, we are working inside or we are away and we keep most of the curtains closed. We may use the driveway or receive a delivery. Future plans include clearing the West trails, planting more evergreens, and making an indoor play space in the barn. Our park will continue to improve -- it is a work in progress! We took lots of pictures and will continue to add them. We want you to know as much as possible about the site before you come here for your visit. We welcome your suggestions on how to improve.

Located in west Toledo, near west Toledo animal hospital and MedVet animals hospital (Douglas road). My yard is fenced in with hose access and plenty of room for playing fetch, rolling around for back scratches and soaking up some sun. In the winter there is a concrete area that gets shoveled and pet safe salt is laid. In the summer yard is treated and kept short to eliminate bugs and bacteria, FREE of flowers bushes or plants that may be toxic to animals a seating arrangement with small table as well as a children’s pool for keeping cool!
Bring your dog to run and play or use the walking trails in the back of property. We have Goats that your dogs say hello to. Bring your frisbee or balls to get your furry buddies energy out.
