Fenced, 5-ish Acre Open-Space & Place to Play

Approximately 5 acres of sloping, pasture-like land located at the top of a hill. This upper portion is available to run your dog. We share the land with turkeys, foxes, raccoons, possums, deer, coyotes, and bobcats. These lovable wildlife are generally only out at dawn, dusk, and after dark. Your dog must be well-behaved and listen to your commands not to chase these residents. We also have beehives back in the trees and ask that you and your dogs avoid this area for your safety and the safety of the bees. While the frontage is fenced, it is livestock fencing so small dogs can escape. If your dog does not listen to commands and is prone to be an escape artist, this may not be the spot for them. During dry season there are large cracks in the ground so be cautious. Ticks can also be prevalent during certain times of the year, so be sure to check yourself and your pup after a visit. Several neighboring properties have dogs in their fenced yards.

Dedicated to our late great German Shepherd Pepper, this was her favorite spot to chase a ball. You will receive the code after booking. Drive in and park anywhere on the gravel road.

WE ARE OPEN AGAIN AFTER A SUMMER BREAK. Enjoy the view as your dogs run through our Fully fenced, 2 acre yard, with flat land and a hill. Your pups will have plenty of room to chase the ball, run around, and smell all the country smells. We have a place for you to sit and enjoy the views, while your dogs roam worry free. Our sometimes green and sometimes brown yard is mowed often! last mow was 5/10/24

Country Serenity Private Dog Park In Woodland

Country Serenity is a 1/2 acre fully fenced non-irrigated pasture which is on our 20 acre farm. Note: Current conditions are dry and the spot is 90% covered with medium bark to keep down the late season weeds. Please come prepared for these conditions. Note: On weekends during our olive harvest season (late October to early December) there will be workers in the orchard visible from the spot from time to time, quite a way away. Also, there may be cars parked near the spot parking area but these are our workers. Hours of operation are generally 7:30 am-7:30 pm, but no lighting is provided so hours fluctuate with the dawn and dusk. Adjacent to the dog park is a barn with 2 friendly dwarf goats and some chickens. Enjoy the views of our olive orchard, a seasonal pond and 360 degree panorama of beautiful farmland right from the park. Please be aware that this is a working farm in an agricultural area so you may see and hear farm equipment and crop dusters in the vicinity. Let us know if you want to visit our farm store before or after your visit. We have our Gold Medal winning Frate Sole Olive oil and Copper Hill balsamic vinegar, local Woodland farmers like us. Rover's Ranch Run! 2 acre fenced field of sniffs

Fully fenced open field experience to walk, run, and sniff! You will also have a beautiful new shade structure for your use with seating, a table, and water spigot. This open area is great for active pups to get a free run, walk around the perimeter, or fetch super long ball throws! Your pup can jump on the large boulders and run to their hearts content. Perfect for off-leash training. Large oaks line the East fence and a winter swale will have water after it rains. Beautiful sunsets to the West over the vineyards, Mt. Jackson and the Coastal Range. Neighboring properties have horses, sheep, cows, and dogs. Please discourage your pup digging around the pavilion and trees. Parking is at the top of the property. Regular visits are limited to 5 dogs and 2 cars. Should you want to gather a larger group for a Breed Meetup or Birthday Pawty, please see the extras listed or message us for more options. Lots of opportunities to sniff and play!
