Welcome to our Sniffspot! Our property is located on a sprawling 1-acre land with plenty of space for your furry friend to run around and play. We have a large pool where your dog can take a dip and cool off on a hot day. ( This is an add on). Our property also features a lush green grass area where your dog can play fetch or simply roll around in the grass. If you need a break from the sun, we have a covered patio where you can relax in the shade while your pup runs around. Our Sniffspot is perfect for dogs who love to play and explore in a safe and secure environment. We can’t wait to welcome you and your furry friend to our Sniffspot!

Important Guidelines for Sniffspot Visitors 🏊‍♂️Swimming Policy: Only one dog is allowed to swim for free. Each additional dog will incur an extra fee. 🕰️Arrival Time: For safety reasons, please do not arrive at the Sniffspot earlier than your scheduled time. 🧹Cleanliness: Please ensure you pick up after your dog to maintain a clean environment. 🪪Gate Security: To ensure the safety of our family and pets, please close all gates upon both arrival and departure. 🤕Liability: Any accidents or incidents are the responsibility of the visitor. The property owner assumes no fault or liability. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Hello! Thanks for checking out our property. I get a lot of requests for weekend parties for your pups! If you are interested in having a party for your pup- let me know! I can open the date- I usually don’t book weekends, but I can open that up! This spot is run by myself Ralph and my wife supports me!

Let them run! 7 plus acres, bigger than your city park, there’s a personal hiking trail loop within, yes within, the place. Stunning mountain views for the humans. Enjoy and have fun. Yes there are natural vegetation around the property. If you want mowed grass and dirt, this is not the spot.

**UPDATE 3/12/25** We have dug out a new, more gentle pathway into the SniffSpot!! Check out the new photos! They're in the dark because we just finished and I couldn't be more excited to share the news and could not wait until morning. This is thanks to a visitor who suggested a handrail! Which will be added to the pathway soon! You may have noticed... We've added some more tire fun and rearranged the tree stumps... see how many puppy feet you can find!! **UPDATE 11/24/24** We have added a wash/wipe down station for those muddy paws! Plus some doggie cushions for your pup to have a soft spot to relax :). We've also added some additional seating on the opposite end so you can enjoy the yard from a different angle! Please see the pics for details :) **UPDATE 8/27/24** We are adding a log stump obstacle course for our furry visitors!!! Right now there are 9 stumps for your pooch to scale and enjoy. (See last picture) Stay tuned, though!! I'll be adding more as the week goes by!! And thanks to a visitors idea, we will also be adding an A-frame within the week!! I have to build it first ;). Stay tuned!! **UPDATE 7/25/24** We now have low-light solar powered lights installed for those who'd like to visit in darker hours!! Though you are encouraged to still bring flashlights:) Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! If you have any questions, comments, or concerns before/during/after your visit, please don’t hesitate to reach out via the communication tool in the app. We very much value your visit and feedback! We hope you enjoy your visit!!
