Description

Welcome! I have a large open field that gives dogs plenty of space to run and play! There is no fencing in the front field, but we do have a small backyard that is fully fenced that you are welcome to use! We are less than a mile from Rockbridge Vineyards and very close to the exit for I-81, a great stop while traveling or after a trip to the vineyard!

There is plenty of shade and a outdoor water pump & dog bowls for fresh water. There is a furnished shaded deck, lounge chairs, and a covered front porch with seating for inclement weather. ***please be advised that there is No outside lights on the property for night time, please schedule accordingly. I will be working on outdoor lighting for the property in the near future.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
