The yard gets lots of shade in the afternoon, and there is a pergola shade canopy and hammock available seasonally. We work from home and are onsite most of the time if you need anything. Before your first visit, you should get an auto-message 2 hours before your reservation with turn by turn directions. Now on to the good info. The primary area is about 1 1/2 acres. I use it for dog sports such as Toss and Fetch (disc). It is ideal for throwing a ball, a disc, or just letting your dog run. There is a shed in this area that has chairs, toys, etc. for guests.
