Welcome to our fully fenced area! We have lots of shade under the tree and patio. There is street parking available and side gate access. Access to sprinklers is available as well. There is no visibility to the neighbors’ backyards or into our house, so you’ll have privacy. There is a good sized digging area available in the back corner by the tree- where there is dirt and leaves instead of grass. The main light at night is a motion sensor, so walk towards the patio if it happens to turn off. Any other questions, feel free to reach out!

Beautiful large landscaped backyard that you and your dog(s) will love! Breathtaking view overlooking Tecolote Canyon. We have a covered patio with plenty of seating, fire pit area, volleyball court, flowers, fruit trees, hummingbirds, and lizards, with shaded areas as well. We also have a table and BBQ grill (add as an extra) in case you want to enjoy a meal while you’re here — and toys and a water bowl for the pups. Happy to share this uniquely large space with more dogs and people! Please note: up to 2 humans are welcome per reservation, unless additional people are added as extras.

Come and rest your paws in our peaceful yard in the city located in easy-to-access central San Diego, on the Southcrest of Mission Valley near Snapdragon Stadium and SDSU. Dogs love to run and konk out in the shade of the trees and cool grass. The side yard has a longer run which is perfect for your dogs to run free and get their ya-ya’s out. The yard is fully-fenced in with plenty of tennis balls to play fetch, water bowls, and a cot if they need a rest. We also have a tree swing for both kids and adults (under 200 lbs). There are no other dogs in adjacent yards but there are across the alley . This is a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking and private access through a side gate to our back yard. Thank you for supporting our dog, Zsa Zsa. On Aug 6, 2023, she passed away from the battle between heart failure and kidney disease. We will always love you Zsa Zsa. Hi! We started this Sniffspot in March 2023. We want to create a pleasant experience for you and your dogs. All funds will be going towards my dogs and their medical bills, Zsa Zsa’s bills. Any excess will be donated to a local shelter. Memberships are discounted 10% off for 4 hours and 15% off for 8 hours. If you have questions, please ask me. We are selling cold drinks for $1 each bottle/can. The $1 cold drinks are located inside the cooler. Please deposit the money in the box above the cooler or submit electronic payment per the instructions on the box. This private back yard is located in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a private entrance to the back yard so there’s no humans or dogs in sight. Fully fenced that are 6 feet high. Good for all types of dogs. Run around half an acre of back yard! There's an uphill incline for better exercise. Fresh water available for dogs at all times. There’s a small 3 tier shelf to place your belongings on. Dogs are welcome to dig. There’s rocks available for dogs who loves rocks. Agility Course (FOR DOG USE ONLY) is included in the price. Please remember to return all borrowed toys into the toy bin. Thank you. Tetherball is available for large dogs and humans. Sorry small dogs ): your tiny legs can’t help you! Please be safe and don’t hit the ball too hard. We don’t want any injuries to humans or dogs. We recently purchased our home and I would love to share my backyard with your pups to help get the zoomies out or to just bask in the sun! Our yard provides a mixture of terrain including turf, grass, DG, mulch & rocks! Along with lots of space for play, you have the ability to add on our top deck which includes a refreshing pool & a hill the pups love to run up! Come cool off near the beach and enjoy our spacious property with a huge grassy yard and a small bank for running and jumping. Dogs and guests can cool down and relax in the carpeted shade area under the awning with comfy chairs for the humans. Let your dog have fun with bubbles, toys, and play with tires. There are plenty of fun areas to sniff around and explore! Our dog would love a play date for socialization— just let me know. I prefer a supervised for the first visit, and subsequent/recurring visits discounted and unsupervised. Playdate options also at reduced rate

Large area 1.69 acres of land, not all grassy, during the summer it’s dried out, and there are some foxtails and burs. I also allow for dogs to dig, so please watch your step. But I’m right off the 805 adjacent to Bonita. Water, poop bags, tables, chairs, shade, and most importantly…secure and private. Can’t wait to see you!
