Additional rules

Thanks for booking our space for you and your dogs time at Top Dog SF! We have a lock box with keys onsite at 2121 Taraval St. for you to gain access to the space. The code will be sent to you 1 hour prior to your confirmed rental start time. The metal gate has a pad lock on it and the small key from the lock box opens this. Please be sure to lock the front door while you are inside the space so no one comes in off the street. Also please make sure your dog is pottied and empty prior to entering the indoor space so they do not mark or urinate inside. Please also be sure to use the pump spray disinfectant at the end of your rental time in the rear yard area. The pump spray is in the rear yard and is human and dog safe. You can just spray it on everything and leave it! Finally, be sure to lock up the front door to 2121 Taraval St. as well as re-secure the metal gate with the padlock. Place the keys in the lock box and you are all set! Thank you and please reach out to me at 415-225-3081 if you have any questions?

Private 2 Acre Forest Trail and Swimming Hole In Rural Woodside

This is a private, undeveloped, forested spot. If you are interested in this spot, you and your dog should be up for a mini adventure. This spot is not a manicured, backyard park. It is wild and beautiful, and a rare find in this area. The trail starts at the west (downhill) end of the parking spot, and winds downhill to the creek (there are a couple of switchbacks). The trail from the parking area to the creek is less than 5 minutes long. At the bottom of the trail, is a deck. Beyond the deck is a year-round creek with a swimming hole. There are fish, frogs, newts, and crawdads. All wildlife is protected, so please don't catch or remove them. You may walk up and down along the creek exploring, as long as you turn around if you see a waterfall downstream or a house in the distance. The trail that leads downhill to the creek is intermediate, not for beginners or flip-flops. There should be no poison oak or ticks on the trail, but if you venture off the trail, you may encounter poison oak or ticks. There are blackberry bushes to the sides of the trail that resemble poison oak. There should be no foxtails. You may see wild animals. As a wild spot, you may encounter typical hazards that are present in most local forest trails, such as wildlife, water, and trip-and-fall hazards. This is a private spot, and there should be no other people or dogs during your booking. If you see someone during your booking, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can take steps to prevent them from trespassing again. There is no lighting at this spot, so if you book before sunrise or after sunset, please bring a headlamp or flashlight. There is no trash collection service at this location, so please pack out any trash. Thank you!
