Welcome to the Zoomie Zone! The Zoomie Zone was born out of our extensive dog rescue volunteer work and the benefits that a Sniffspot brings to those who have dogs, but don't have a yard for them to run in. Not all dogs are dog-park dogs (and not all humans properly supervise their dogs at dog parks - making it an unsafe place at times)! We deeply care about dogs being healthy and happy! All funds generated from our Sniffspot go right back into our dog rescue efforts (we foster, transport thousands of miles per year, coordinate adoptions/fosters, etc.) This private paradise is a doggie dream come true! Nearly an acre of fully fenced-in freedom awaits your pup to run, sniff, and zoom to their heart's content. With secure 5-foot no-climb fencing, you can relax knowing your furry friend is safe while they enjoy their grand adventure. A private parking area leads you straight to the fun, where you’ll find all the perks to keep tails wagging. From a tether tree tug station for epic games of tug-of-war to a bin brimming with toys like ball launchers and frisbees, the Zoomie Zone is the ultimate playground for your pup. For humans, there’s plenty of seating. Want to join the action? Get your steps in while your dog explores—10 laps around the perimeter equals one mile! Hello! Dogs are my whole world. I've fostered dogs for rescue for over ten years now. We used to be a big "dog park" family, but after some bad experiences caused by other dogs and their distracted/uncaring owners, we stopped visiting. So, we decided to turn our backyard into our own dog park - and wanted to share the fun! All proceeds from our space go directly back to our fosters and dog rescue missions!

Our quiet, fully fenced (6’ privacy fence) almost 1 acre yard offers a variety of dog & human friendly spaces. There’s a secure entrance to the yard from a large circle driveway. There is a deck with table, seating, and umbrellas, a small pond, a screened in gazebo with a fan and seating, a hammock area, a shaded doggy hangout, and a fire pit with seating. We have a variety of surfaces: concrete sidewalk, mulch landscaping beds, dirt holes for digging, wood deck with rugs, gravel beds, and plenty of grass! The yard is lined with large trees for shade- it is in almost full shade after 5pm in the summer months. There’s plenty of dog toys and various water bowl zones. We also provide fresh spring water & treats! Feel free to pick blueberries on our four large bushes in August/September.
