Description

Nearly an acre of lush grass and wildflowers in a pear orchard. Brand new fencing and gates, secure the entire property. A freshly laid gravel driveway and parking area is provided along with various seating areas, and a hose for washing off the mud. This is a working orchard and farm in winter there is ciderand stored apples for sale along with preserves. Message me if you are interested and I will let you know what is available.

Hazards

In winter, some areas of the property are a bit muddy, but easy to avoid. I have not been able to fully mow the area yet due to soft ground for tractor. There are young foxtails out now, so if your dog is apt to sniff a lot on the ground, they could be a hazard.

I'm a passionate grower of food and nurturer of dogs, cats and my community humans. Charlotte's Web Farm is a very old orchard I'm reviving with permaculture design principles to make a vibrant space for all living things.
