Description

Fully fenced acre just for the dogs. 6 ft privacy fence on 3 sides and 6 ft chain link on back to separate the dog area from the chickens/ducks/turkeys (they can be seen and heard behind the fence). Water, doggy pool, and splash pad available in warmer weather. Plenty of natural shade. There is a wooded portion in the very back outside the fences if you wish to walk through on leash. House dogs will be kept inside. All neighbors have dogs too. Dogs can be heard, but not seen.

Will leave the left side of the gate unlocked for guests to access. It's an older gate so it takes a little effort to close it again. Other dogs (mine and neighbors) can be heard, but not visible. Mine will be inside and neighbors are behind privacy fences. Feel free to use any toys in the yard. Garage can and scoop available for waste just inside the gate. Have fun!!

I'm a professional dog walker. I also raise chickens, ducks, turkeys, and guineas. We have a great dane, a doodle, and a Boston terrier. They will be kept inside during sniffspot visits. We also have 6 indoor cats.

Wunderland Private Dog Park In Southfield

Welcome to our “back 40,” featuring an evergreen alcove, a small wooded walking path, lots of room to run, and tons of sticks to play with. For the humans we have a picnic table and two lounge chairs for relaxation. Special note for June and July: it’s mulberry season, and boy have we got ‘em (fortunately they are not toxic to dogs). Please note that our parking spot and part of our Sniffspot are covered by mulberry trees, so you *will* get berries on your shoes. Dress accordingly! 👍🏼

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
