The Burton Family Farm is a family-owned, 49-acre farm. It’s open, clear land, with a 3 acre pond, a beautiful spot in Holly Corner. Someone is at home, on the property, 24 hours a day. Easy to get to, we are located right off route 17 & 5 miles from 95, right behind Stafford Lakes. My family has lived in Holly Corner since the 1800s, it is safe and quiet. Come enjoy the fresh air, beautiful view, relaxing farm with your dog or dogs! We are a different type of a working farm, as we provide storage and camping on the property and we also grow hay. There is many areas on the farm that one can go that you cannot see others, the road or the other side of the farm. Enjoy your visit!

Rock Springs Farm (650 acres worlds largest Sniffspot)

Welcome to the World’s Largest Sniffspot (Confirmed). There’s all kinds of areas to let your dog sniff and romp around! Upon arrival you may romp around in any field as far as your eyes can see. We just harvested corn September 2024 and the land is wide open and crop free until spring! There’s google earth maps showing property lines in yellow in the pictures. Awesome fully fenced back yard on over half an acre in scenic Culpeper Va! Very clean, safe area for dogs of all sizes to get their energy out. The fence is 4 ft feet and features metal grate between fence posts for added protection and security for your pup. Users will have access to the deck area and screened in porch. Deck has a table you are welcome to eat and sit at. The screened in area features a sectional couch and overhead fan. Please note dogs are not allowed in the screened in area of the porch. Each guest will receive complimentary drinks and snacks. For the dogs, you will have everything you need. We offer a spot for you to get water for your dog, various dog toys, dog waste bags and scoopers. Please reach out with any questions or if you need reasonable accommodations! We are happy to help 🙂

A safe, country 300+ acre farm that neighbors call LabLand:). ADDRESS We have a creek, & vacant, WELL fenced field for non aggressive dogs. We have hundreds of sheep so we gotta move sheep off adjacent pasture before you come so call evening ahead so we can prepare for your visit. We work 1 day out from a reservation. Your Pup's 0.4 Acre Private (Fully Enclosed 6 Foot Fence) Park In Lakeside!

Please come let your pups run around in our large Lakeside yard! Our 3 pups (sometimes 4 if we have a foster) love all the open space, so we hope yours will too. We will try to always leave a towel and some little treats up on the deck, so you’re more than welcome to help yourself to anything up there! There should be a basket of toys and baggies, so feel free to use any of it plus the pooper scoopers/hose etc.
