I do like to greet my guests and quick show you around. There may be people that are walking/riding bikes on the side street. Some may be walking their dog. If your dog is sensitive my spot may not be right for you. I have some summer yard games too if your bring your kids. I do have a pool dogs can swim or you can swim while your dogs play. Buster is a 16 year-old dog who has essentially enjoyed this property with family dogs his entire life. He is the last one and we are at an age now where we probably won't be getting another dog; so, we want others to enjoy the land. Feel free to use the wash stall inside the barn (hot water and hoses are yours to use), there is also an outdoor fountain, water trough and plenty of electric outlets. I mowed a trail around the perimeter that is about a three mile walk / run.

We also have some wooded area behind our house, some trails but they aren’t perfectly groomed. With proper notice (at least an hour) you should be able to use our lawn. Just have to make sure our kids are inside first. We have very pretty sunsets and sunrises, lots of Deer sitings and we have a friendly horse that lives next door.

Fun in Freeville: Fully Fenced Yard, Open Space, and Trails For Fido
Welcome to Fun in Freeville: Fenced Yard Edition! Our property includes a 2,500 sq. ft. fully fenced-in yard, a larger open field, and a 5-acre trail. The yard includes deck access and seating. There is a large umbrella for shade and rain in the summer. The ground in the yard is pretty flat and mostly grass. The open space in the back is also grass with some trees and bushes. It can get a little muddy during very wet times of the year but there is a hose available. There is a kiddie pool in the yard for your pup to cool down in the summer. We have a small fire pit in the yard if you want to start a fire in cooler weather. There's also a large fire pit on the trail with bench seating and a picnic table. Bring your binoculars if you enjoy birding. We have lots of hummingbirds in the summer and have seen barred owls on the trail. Please let us know if you're interested in having a fire or want to know if the pool is out. We'd be happy to start a fire for you if we're available or ensure the kiddie pool has fresh water. If there are other extras you'd like to see, let us know! We do have this spot set to a 7-hour advance booking - please feel free to message to see if the space is available with less than 7 hours notice. We're usually able to accommodate most requests.
