Additional rules
ADVISEMENTS: (1) Please keep your dog leashed, if there is a risk they may run out into the road until you pass through the second gate and scan for any hazards. (2) Keep gates closed at all times to ensure area remains enclosed. (3) There are sometimes joggers, walkers, children, dogs and cats in the parking area. (4) No aggressive dogs allowed. Owner has the right to request you to leave if your dog shows aggression. INDEMNIFICATION CLAUSE: Except as expressly provided herein, by entering into the Premises, you are agreeing to the indemnification provision below. “Licensee” shall be defined as “you” and/or the “person or entity responsible for booking the property.” “Licensor” shall be defined as the “owner of the property,” including but not limited to, any and all heirs of said owner’s estate, tenants, agents, employees, or others acting on behalf of the owner of the property. “Premises” shall be defined as the property located at 316 N. Spruce Street, Tulare , California 93274. Licensee shall protect, indemnify and hold harmless Licensor for, from and against all liabilities, obligations, claims, damages, penalties, causes of action, costs and reasonable expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees), to the maximum extent permitted by law, imposed upon or incurred by or asserted against Licensor by reason of: (a) any accident, injury to or death of persons or loss of or damage to property of third parties (in any way connected to the Premises) occurring during the duration of or resulting from Licensee’s use of the Premises or while Licensee is in possession or control of any personal or real property in any way connected to the Premises, and (b) any use, misuse, condition, management, maintenance or repair by Licensee or anyone claiming under Licensee of the personal or real property in any way connected to the Premises. Licensee’s obligations hereunder shall not apply to any liability, obligation, claim, damage, penalty, cause of action, cost or expense arising from any gross negligence or willful misconduct of Licensor, its employees, agents or contractors. Licensee, at its expense, shall defend any such claim, action or proceeding asserted or instituted against Licensor covered under this indemnity or may compromise or otherwise dispose of the same. The obligations of Licensee under this provision shall survive the termination of reservation period for such additional time as is necessary until any such claim, action or proceeding asserted or instituted against Licensor covered under this indemnity is completely and finally resolved and all opportunities for appeals have passed.
