Hey friends & fur babies ! 🐾 My name is Chantel and I’m a 35 yr old lifelong Frederick resident and animal lover that I fell in love with the idea of hosting a Sniffspot! I am currently a stay at home mom to a wonderful 3 yr old daughter, (who also is a huge animal lover ❤️), and therefore am able to offer a lot of availability and flexibility to help fit your schedule. We welcome dogs of all breeds and sizes! Looking forward to helping and hosting other local dog lovers like myself! Being able to do this is very personal to me because there was a time, years ago before this app, that I would have loved to have the opportunity to rent a yard for my dogs. At the time, I had two large breed dogs that did not do well at local dog parks or public parks and I always wished I had an area to let them run and free roam. So now years later being able to offer a safe and clean place for others who may be in a similar situation is wonderful, and I hope we are able to make a lot of dogs (& their humans) happy ! 🐾
Our house is fully fenced it also has a huge arena. In addition, a 6 dog kennel with indoor and outdoor living and also has multiple other barns if more space is needed.

JD is a highschool athlete raising funds for his travel baseball fees. He LOVES dogs. So he convinced Mom & Dad to use the fully-fenced back yard for SniffSpot. If there’s something you need, we are flexible, just let us know! JD wants your pup to feel at home here. <3 UPDATE: Our first month has been wonderful, so we'll be offering themed Dog Parties (birthdays, holidays, etc.) as we approach summer. Bring your pup and up to 9 furry-friends to enjoy some "PAWty time" !!

Nestled in the middle of a 200acre farm this peaceful setting is dog heaven. Brand new 6 foot high mesh fencing with 6 foot high double mesh gates keep all dogs safe and secure. There is a shelter with windows that open to allow a breeze on a hot day. Chairs and other amenities make this location comfortable year round. Just a few miles from I270 and convenient to Clarksburg, Rockville, Germantown, Gaithersburg and surrounding areas.
Come visit us on our 9 acre farm, surrounded by farmland with no view of roads, dogs, or passersby! Large fully fenced play field perfect for chuck-it, frisbee, or just hanging out. Seating, shade, and raised beds available so you and your pup can take a breather. Check the extras for pools (seasonal) and agility equipment! One large former horse pasture surrounded by split-rail fencing for dogs who are on leash (or reliable off-leash) to sniff, hike and play in. PLEASE NOTE: Our Spot does not have good lighting. We will be adding some solar lights soon, but in the meantime be aware of when the sun sets before you make an evening appointment. THANKS TO YOUR SUPPORT over the last few months, we've just purchased a propane fire pit we'll be adding to the spot! Next on the list: Adirondack chairs for around the fire, flooring for a new play area inside the barn (NOT AVAILABLE YET), and fencing in the large pasture. 🥰
1 acre fully fenced in yard with large pool for your pup to run, play and swim! We have 3 fenced in areas ranging in size along with basic agility equipment and short trails. There is a total of 10 acres that include fenced in areas and trails! We are a training facility that specializes in patrol, protection and odor detection dogs. We also offer basic obedience and behavior modification.
I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We can even accommodate large groups or even your puppies birthday party!
