Over half an acre open with some woods, flat ground and some incline, nice shaded spots to get out of the sun.
Off street parking with free range chickens. Path through the woods by the pond. If dog has a high prey drive we ask that you leash until past the pond. In winter the path through the woods can be icy. On first visit I ask that contact is made with host to show you to the path. Our dogs are friendly so please don’t bring animal aggressive animals here.
Finger Lakes Dog Park is a privately reservable, fully-fenced, half acre canine recreation area. We enthusiastically welcome ALL dogs, but the private nature of the park is especially beneficial for reactive or shy dogs, traveling dogs, handicapped dogs, puppies, or seniors. We are the first and only dog park in Schuyler County, located in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region. The area is known for its rolling farmland, many vineyards, beautiful lakes, and plentiful waterfalls and gorges. Numerous state parks offer many camping opportunities. And the county is also home to the only national forest in the state. So whether you are a local resident-or a visitor to our little piece of heaven-be sure to bring your special friend(s) for an enjoyable outing in the country. We are open every day (including all holidays) from 8am to 8pm. The park is not lighted (yet) so reserve your spot accordingly during the winter. Happy romping!

This spacious 1/2-acre lot is fully fenced, providing a safe and secure environment for your furry friends. It features a dedicated dog pool for refreshing splashes on warm days and thoughtfully designed dig pits that satisfy their natural instincts. There are also tree tugs for climbing and exercising and portable agility equipment to encourage fun and practical training sessions. Every corner of this area is designed for physical and mental enrichment, ensuring your dog stays active and engaged. The off-lead zone allows for free play, offering the full benefits of physical activity while giving them the freedom to explore and socialize. This well-equipped playground, tailored just for pets, will ensure that your pet has an absolute blast!
This is located in the country. We welcome you to come play, sniff and explore new territory
We have 2 sections of fenced yard space for dogs to run, play, and explore. The main dog-side is the primary yard for the resident dogs. The 2nd fenced section is typically used for human-events, parties, backyard BBQs, and bonfires. However, it is a great space to play fetch, walk laps with the pups, and hang out in the courtyard while the dogs play and explore. The 2nd section is fenced, however there is access to the woods & mountain, if your dog doesn’t come when called or is easily distracted, the main dog-side is safer and probably more appropriate.
