I live in a tiny home on the property but am gone a lot for work. Would be nice if others could use the land while I’m not there. I love bringing foster dogs to the property to run around and hang out for a bit. There is a chain link fence and one of my neighbors has a sweet outdoor dog that enjoys company so just FYI.

A 1/3 acre private back yard, fully fenced, with double fencing. Dog pool available (as is, free; cleaned and pre-filled for extra charge). Organic grass and weeds, free of weed-killer chemicals.

1.5 acres of open space for dog(s) to run around and play in a fenced secure area. Chickens are in a separate area. This is a great rural pet friendly neighborhood. Your best friend will be happy you brought him/her over. :)

UPDATE NOV 2024: We are gearing up for a kitchen remodel and landscape makeover! It is very exciting, but unfortunately it means we will have to close down our SniffSpot for a little while. We’re sorry for any inconvenience and we hope to be back in business as soon as possible. Here you will find a large grassy area for the pups as well as a covered patio with chairs and a ceiling fan for the humans. The house is in a great neighborhood and backs up to the school yard of Charles Peck Elementary. Generally things are quiet here, but you may hear the occasional dog barking, kid playing, or school bell. If there's a spot open in our driveway, feel free to take it, otherwise you can park on the street in front of our house. Enter through the gate on the right-hand side of the house (pull the string to undo the latch). Help yourselves to our hoses/spigots, basket of toys, pooper scooper, and any ripe fruit off our trees! Note: The yard is not perfect with some patchy spots and lumps/bumps throughout. We recently moved here and are continually working on yard improvements. We have a very large backyard we would like to share with other pups and their owners. We know that it can be hard to find a safe place for your dogs to play, so we decided to share our yard. Fully fenced, two seating areas (one covered and one uncovered), access to the water hose, and kiddie pool that can be filled with water. We have tennis balls, a hearding ball as well as a tetherball. Yard is shady in most areas and there is a cute swing attached to our tree where you can relax and play with your pets.

A fun front yard adventure for your pup! Golf-course-like iron gate surrounds the yard so your fur baby can see the passersby, and there is a covered patio if you’d like to sit while your dog gets the zoomies out.

This spot is the backyard of our house. We live in Westlake, a quiet community in North Natomas. It is fully fenced with a lot of space to explore for your dog.

Amazing lawn- great for sniffing & playing fetch - & then there is a large private pond for puppy swimming & stretching those canine legs! The entire pond is surrounded by winding concrete paths for stretching your legs too! Both sun & shaded areas- lots of interesting wildlife can be seen. Nice place to play with your fur-baby.
