Hazards

My neighbor next door has a few French Bull Dogs that he sometimes lets off leash in the culdesac. Unfortunately, this is a bit out of our control, but this is usually only early in the morning, and if you park in the driveway right in front of the gate to our yard you they shouldn’t bother you or your dog.
