Description

Large two acre fenced yard with room to run and you’ll have full use of the whole yard. You will also have access to a pond for your pup to swim and enjoy although the pond area is beyond the gate and NOT fenced in. There is a nice walking path with a bridge around the pond for your use. There is also a dock with chairs for you to enjoy while your pup romps. Our backyard is private and has a beautiful view of fields and the pond. The path around the pond can be very wet in spring and after rains so we recommend the humans wearing boots if you plan to walk the pond path. Happy romping!

Safe practices when visiting spots with water: The following water safety best practices are designed to help keep you and your loved ones safe. We highly recommend following them as well as all water safety rules shared by your Host prior to accessing their water feature. Unless otherwise stated, there are no lifeguards on duty at spots. It is your responsibility to keep dogs and humans safe when in the water. Learn how to swim Make sure your dog and any humans have practiced swimming in open water before entering a Host's water feature, all dogs and humans should be physically able to perform basic swimming skills, including doggy paddling to stay afloat and an ability to safely enter and exit the water.   Those who cannot swim or have not demonstrated basic swimming skills in the past should wear a life jacket. These floatation devices are an extra layer of protection and assist with constant visual supervision. They do not take the place of supervision. Maintain supervision Always supervise your pet and any children within arm’s reach while in and around the water. Be aware of features like drains to avoid your dog and humans accidentally getting stuck. Be prepared to enter the water if you notice your dog or humans struggling to stay afloat. Gently assist in keeping them afloat while guiding them to the edge of the water so they can safely exit. Learn Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for dogs and humans In case of emergency Know the address of the pool in case you need to call 911 and alert first responders to an incident.

Feed the fish$1

Hang out by the pond with your pup and feed the fish fishfood from the dock. The crazy fish frenzy will excite your pup and make them happy watching! Your pup is welcome to swim with the fish and the Humans are welcome to put their toes in the water but watch out the fish will bite at your dead skin on your feet…don’t worry it doesn’t hurt!😳 Wear polarized glasses for a better view of the fish. Have fun!

I am an RN working at Umass in Worcester, MA. We are a dog and nature loving family with a beautiful yard including a pond and a path around the pond full of birds and wildlife. Our dogs love the yard and the pond and as a family we spend lots of time lounging around the pond. We would love to share our yard with others. The yard is fully fenced and safe for dogs, however the pond is just behind the gate and is not fenced. We hope you and your pups enjoy it as much as we do. Don’t worry, you won’t see us or our dogs unless you need assistance during your visit.

This is a private area, heavily wooded with lots of great spots for your dog to enjoy the forest. This is a great place to bring your dog before going to Oakholm Brewery to tire them out.

Roughly 0.5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Northbridge, located on a beautiful vintage horse farm. Please keep dogs leashed at all times outside of the Sniffspot fence. Farm animals are in view. Park along the first fence line on the right of the driveway, and enjoy our nice flat paddock! Please do not come up the property past the garden, we do have cameras for safety.

Welcome to our brand new Sniffspot area in Sturbridge (Fiskdale) MA. We are excited to provide an off leash play space for your furry bestie. Conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rte 84. While I usually require advance notice, if you message me, and I'm able to immediately respond, I may be able to accommodate last minute reservations.
