Description

Come let your pups explore off-leash in Northwest Yonkers, just up the road from NYC. Plenty of space to sniff, play fetch, run, and maybe even chase some squirrels! Patio furniture, hammock (during warm months) & wi-fi for pet parents to lounge while your dog(s) roam. The hammock is rated for over 300 lbs - move to your desired spot, and enjoy but please move it back so the "runway" is clear for the next pups. Playdates and parties welcome! Check the Extras to rent folding tables and chairs so you have less to worry about.

Yard is sloped down to fence; there is a wood pile off the patio; some of the paver stones coming into the main space are uneven; concrete patio is graded up - walk on/off to grass from one point, stairs on the other end - pictures of all hazards listed are included

One less thing to do if you're hosting a party or large gathering - don't lug chairs if you don't have to. If you need more than 3, please message me so they can be set up before you arrive (note that there is a "loveseat" chair and individual camp chair included in the spot rental - so seating for 3 will be there)

We'd love to help you prep for your party at our Sniffspot. Just bring your decorations and use an on-site rentable sturdy folding table. Don't lug around more than you need to!

Does your pup's nose and paws dry out often? Protect them with this blend of calendula, coconut, almond oils and beeswax. Great year-round for their tender bits 🐶 All in a reusable decorative metal tin. Also great for gifting to the dog lovers in your life. Limited supply!

Fully fenced in space with do agility equipment, toys, balls, and water for thirsty pups. Seating for humans. Entrance: fence door entrance from driveway. Just push the black lock in and push the right door in. Parking: driveway

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
