55Loved taking my dog here! There was so much space for her to run and explore! She was just sniffing around for about 20 minutes and then absolutely loved the toys that were there for our use! 10/10 & will be visiting again!
55This was our first experience using a Sniffspot and it was great! Neighborhood is quiet and the backyard was large with lots of agility equipment and toys to choose from. She had a large bowl of fresh water out and options for seating.

55Was our first time using sniffspot! Kaitlyn has a great puppy play area. We loved the double gate system for ease of safety, and our small dog had a blast. They have signs for how to break up dog fights as well as a potty station, etc! Great place for a great rate. No gaps/cracks in fence we could see. Property owner had water, toys, and tons of things for pups to do like tubes, toys, puppy ball pit, as well as add-ons like pup pool parties! Thank you for letting us enjoy your yard!
45Overall, the Sniffspot was awesome and could be great for socialized, well-adjusted pups. It was spacious, had lots of smells, and had lots of enriching toys to play with. In our case, our boys are reactive as we adopted them as traumatized adults. The neighborhood, in our experience, was moderately busy - the neighbors let their dogs out while we were present, we saw a sweet pup being walked, and there were a few people walking around the neighborhood block during the transition from Sniffspot to our car. This level of neighborhood activity was not the best for our pups.

55This was our favorite sniffspot yet. My retired agility dog adored the teeter, weave poles, and teeter. So nice and a large bowl of water for the dogs.

Welcome to Pooch’s Paradise! I’m Kaitlyn, a professional dog trainer who owns Kaitlyn’s Dog Training. My dogs are basically my children, and the entire yard has been catered to them and my clients’ dogs. This half-acre yard is fully fenced (6 foot privacy, plus a 4-ft chain link surrounding a garden area), and even has a double-gate system to enter and exit, like you would see at a dog park to add extra safety. There are tons of enrichment activities available. I always have a wide variety of toys, a children’s climbing playset that the dogs love, a few small agility tunnels and one large one, an agility teeter totter, and have plans to add additional agility equipment at some point in the future. **I also have kiddie pools I can fill if you give advance notice and select it as an add-on option.** There’s a gazebo that offers shade and is also screened in to prevent most bugs from getting in. There’s a clear tote by the entry gate that contains clean towels and also a Mudbuster tool for cleaning off paws. We do everything we can to provide the absolute best experience for you and your dog, and we think you’ll love it! The only dogs I have ever allowed on the property are vaccinated, healthy, and up-to-date on flea & tick prevention. All the pups who visit my home find that the yard is quite literally their own personal playground, and I know your dogs will love it too!

I’m a professional dog trainer and if you have more than one dog during your reservation and they haven’t met before, use this add-on to have me join so that I can safely introduce the dogs (with multiple safety precautions in place), and help you monitor body language to be sure the dogs are interacting in a healthy way. ***This is offered only as my schedule allows, so PLEASE MESSAGE ME IN ADVANCE so I can confirm if I’m available.

Scavenger Hunt!$8

I have fun miniature metal buckets and hide various treats inside them, then hide them throughout the half-acre yard for your dog to find. Your dog can have the treats, but please leave the buckets behind so I can reuse them. ***Please try to give me as much notice as you can so I can be certain to set it up for you, and please let me know if your dog has any known allergies.***

After graduating from Bergin University of Canine Studies (where I learned how to train service dogs), I moved back to West Michigan and have been training dogs ever since. I have two dogs of my own who are basically my children. We bought this house specifically so we could give them a huge yard and spoil them, and I know your dogs will love it too!
