The arena is 8450sq ft of sand, fully fenced and located on a horse farm. There is a separate entrance near the parking lot for easy arrival and great for dogs who do not like to see other animals/people. Reactive dogs can be accommodated and are welcome - we know they need play time too! Pooper scooper/pitchfork and trash can are provided, please clean up after yourself and your dog. We ask that you do not let them excessively dig in the footing - a rake has been provided if needed. There may be jumps, large balls and dog toys in the arena which you are welcome to use. Dogs must be on leash when entering and exiting and at all times when outside of the arena. **During the summer months the large arena door is open for airflow, it is gated and most large dogs can not sneak out. We have used this backyard multiple times and it’s so lovely! The owner has new patio furniture, a kiddie pool, and a hose to fill up pool/water bowls that give such an added extra to this space. We love it and will keep coming back!

Incredible spot! Our dogs absolutely loved it and there was so much room to run and play! Super nice to be able to drive right up to the gate and there was a garbage to throw out poop bags available. Just a small beware for anyone that has reactive dogs - the neighbours dog was out for a small part of our booking and can be seen through the fence. This did not effect us personally as neither of our dogs are reactive but thought it was important for anyone who may have a reactive pupper.

The neighbours dog was out, and unfortunately the neighbour wasn’t impressed that our dogs were present as they are slightly reactive. That being said, the space is gorgeous and green, with lots of fenced area to roam. If you have a non-reactive dog this spot would be heavenly for them!

Great trail network, came on a rainy winter day so I can imagine how beautiful it is in the summer. Martin was super welcoming and provided a helpful map illustrating the property. It took 1 hour to cover the outer perimeter, and it would probably take over 2 hours to cover the entire network but we didn’t get that far, next time though! The trails are well maintained for sure, and my dog loved swimming and zooming through the forest and brush. Would definitely come again and recommend to friends :)
