There is a garden with chicken wire around it. Various fruit trees and berry bushes. There is a fire pit. In the spring the back few feet flood.

Additional rules

Please clean up after you're dog, and keep them out of garden/away from fruit bushes. Please don't take fruit from trees. Please don't allow your dog to dig. If they do please fill in the holes. If you're dog would like a playmate we have 2 old hounds that would love a run about the yard. The bigger one lives outside during the summer so please let me know if you would like her brought in during her time. If you would like other hours please message me.

***Important: All charges are in USD*** Beautiful 25 acre farm of open hay fields surrounded by fencing on all sides. However, the fencing is a mix of 50% horse board-style fencing with 50% cattle panel type fencing along the roads at the front and along both sides of the property. Horse farms are on either side of the property and the horses to the south will come up to the fence and are very curious. The back of the property is open forest with board fencing as well. Lots of room for you and your dog(s) to run and play. Approximately 20 acres of open fields. No muddy areas and fields are well drained and dry. As an added bonus… The property goes all the way back to the tree line and the hill… They didn’t have an amenity for a toboggan hill, but if you’re bringing kids or feel like a kid, that’s available of course. 😇😇

***All charges are in USD*** Our 1,000+ sq foot indoor training room + 500+ sq foot partially covered potty yard is for rent. Some Training obstacles are available for use during the room rental. Slatmill for dogs included for rental use (please bring your own harness if you plan on using it). Wall climb and Spring pole is also included in rental (you will need to bring your own wall climb toy, belay rope available for larger dogs who can’t be caught). Lots of parking available. No access to bathrooms. Clean up supplies for accidents provided, water tap available for dogs, please bring your own bowl. Please do NOT use crate in room (you may bring your own if needed). Please wear indoor shoes.

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD We have MARKED TRAILS on our family farm for owners and dogs to enjoy. Just follow the blue markers. There are forest trails and trails around our hay fields. **Please note **Our residential areas are off limits, please stick to the trails and blue markers. Please do not enter any of the buildings on our property. When you come up the driveway veer to the right, there is a marked parking spot for you and your pup. Fall, winter and early spring are great months for ball chasers as we have big open fields. Mid spring and summer we have hay growing and ask you and your pups to follow the trails around the hay fields. There are a couple of cows on the neighboring property, this is only for a very small portion on one of the fields.
