Description

We are just South of Pueblo (Colorado City) in the beautiful southwest plains of Colorado. We get around 320 days of sunshine a year on gently rolling grasslands with stellar views of the Wet Mountains, Pikes Peak and the surrounding mesas.

The following are the park rules and are NOT to be mistaken for "guidelines": * Pet parents: You MUST take responsibility/liability for your dog(s) action(s) and MUST pay close attention to your dog(s) at all times while visiting the park. * Make sure your dog(s) are properly socialized and are non-aggressive toward strangers and the dogs they are engaging/playing with. * If dog(s) are in training or you are unsure of their behavior(s), your dog MUST be kept ON LEASH at all times. * Pick up after them. Best rule of thumb "Pack it in-Pack it out"! * Please be respectful of the property and to your fellow guests. THANK YOU!

Come walk 12 acres of mixed terrain, sweeping meadow to rock outcroppings. This is not fenced but there is an old 3 wire fence that outlines the property. We have 2 friendly dogs that wonder the property that we can have put away during your stay or leave out to have dogs to play with. We do have 5 goats that are fenced in and 3 cats that roam the property. Please pick up after your dogs.

Come on over a run free on our little slice of heaven! This 2 acre hidden gem is nestled in the middle of town. Stroll along the creek, adventure through the trees or romp in the open field. This property is truly a doggo's paradise! Please park on the street in front of the gate. Stay safe, keep your fur baby leashed until both you and your dog(s) are through the gate. If you don't want a mess, stay away from the cattails as it is VERY muddy (if your dog enjoys a good mud bath, go for it!). Please pick up after yourselves and ENJOY!!!

Country Run's 58 Acre Private Ranch In Conifer

Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. Last minute bookings are welcome! We provide a bucket full of a variety of toys, fresh water and clean bowls, and a kiddie pool for your pups to enjoy. Our hose and sprinkler are available for guest use. We provide several shaded seating areas and folding chairs, as well as hand sanitizer and sunscreen for humans. You’ll also find a bucket of towels on the porch that you can use to dry off a wet pup or wipe grass away from paws. We have two large trees that provide lots of shade in the summer. Our spot is setup to be a private experience, so it will just be you and your pup during your booking. You are welcome to invite guests to your booking; please make sure they are informed on parking areas and where to enter. Our six foot privacy fence is newly built and has no holes or gaps. Our spot is great for energetic, playful, or reactive pups. Please note that while our yard is wheelchair accessible, our porch is not. If you need me to move anything down into the yard for your convenience, please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate.
