From December first on, the spot will only be open if we don't have a significant amount of snow. Please check back regularly to see if any slots are open. There is no water in the Winter. Situated on a scenic working farm, the Pooch Playground spans about 1/4 acre and is fully enclosed. Tucked next to a small woodland area, this location offers enough distance from the house and barn for a feeling of privacy. The field adjacent to the area is preserved for wildlife. We mow the spot every week, except during drought conditions. We purposely maintain longer grass (2-3 inches instead of cutting it too short) to withstand high traffic and dog urine. We leave 'islands' of grass long for sniffing and exploration. Look at the pictures of the spot. If a toy ends up in the field and you don't want to walk through the tall grass, let us know, and we will retrieve it.

IF THERE IS HEAVY SNOW! 5+ Acres to romp and swim on peninsula that extends into Balch Lake Park at the top of the hill, hike down allowing your dog a Sniff-Fari on the way and reward yourself with beautiful serene lake views and a spot for your pup to swim at the end Don’t want to walk? Drive down and just head right to the lake! All unfenced, peninsula provides natural barrier, very private Gravel road, bring sturdy shoes for walk down and back, needs to be graded after recent rain Recommend SUV or truck if driving down the hill! If sedan, park at top and walk down (although our sedan does make it down FYI)

Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large, fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. We ask that you please adhere to our 24 hour notice when changing or canceling a reservation. We are always fully booked on weekends. Ruby’s Retreat for Reactive Dogs is a place where a dog can come to be dog. We have about .75 acres fenced with a ramp, oversized dig box, hideout, tether tug, (available upon request)kiddie pool and or splash pad. We also have about an acre of wooded trails that were created for Ruby and her brother’s daily sniff and strolls. Ruby was dog reactive which limited her outings, we would like to give other dogs the opportunity to be a dog with no stress and just be a dog. This spot is in memory of Ruby and her way of helping other dogs like her. Rocky (Ruby’s brother) and Ruby were the inspiration behind what we’d like to offer your dog. Thanks for checking us out 🐾🐾

Property known as Walnut Hill has 30+ acres of unfenced woods and rough trails of nearly two miles. Dogs are free to run untethered if appropriate for the dog and handler.

A great location to take your furry friend for a hike! This is perfect for dog selective dogs! A large field to let your furry friends fly! Groomed trails so it’s easy to stay on trail! Spending an hour here will help you and your dog bond while getting exercise without the worry of other dogs/humans being on trail. If you want to hike during the blocked times please send us a message!

Please come enjoy 75+ acres of wooded trails!! This property has continuous access to water and is off leash friendly. There are dogs on property due to my dog exercise business but they will be secured during your visit. FYI the hose and water supply off for the season!! Too cold to have it running. Please plan accordingly with your own water/bowl. A recently fully fenced back yard! Wood in the front for privacy and chainlink in the back. This sniffari is about .5 acres. There will be toys available! Balls, chuck it and anything requested if you would like. There are poop bags available and pooper scooper. There are Adirondack chairs, low chairs and a sectional that is dog friendly. A canopy for shade! And woods are to the back and left outside of the fence making this a quiet and peaceful yard. Your dog will get to enjoy a private play time and sniff. I hope your pup (s) enjoy! Please clean up after your doggy’s! I notice feedback from back to back around the cleanliness from this. I appreciate you leaving it clean for the next dog (s) and human to enjoy ☺️☺️ If I am not home while you visit- my doggy’s may bark. They are super secure inside. I totally understand that can be frustrating though. I will always let you know beforehand! Please let me know and we cancel the booking if you are not comfortable with them barking.
