55Great spot for dogs to roam and be in sight at all times. The goats and chickens are an added bonus as I always wondered their reactions to the animals. The goats and chickens weren’t phased, nor were my dogs. I will definitely be back.
55Our beagles had a blast! Lots of open area to run all-out. We were impressed with how well it was fenced. Beautiful spot!
55My pups had a blast! Lots of room to run and so many things to sniff, they loved saying hi to the friendly goats! We will definitely be returning.
55 So fun! Loved the agility equipment
55This Sniffspot is awesome! It’s big, it’s fully fenced, and there is lots to do. We spent some time training and lots of time just sniffing. We will definitely visit this spot again.
55Awesome place to train. All the amenities. Well laid out.
55Wonderful as always! Super clean and spacious and the dogs had a great time.
55Great big field with plenty of extras.
55We LOVE this Sniffspot. So many thoughtful details like lemon water and many places to sit for the humans. Lots of balls and room to run for the dogs. Beautiful country setting. I’m not sure who enjoyed it more!
55Beautiful place! Dogs loved to see the goats and chickens who were very welcoming.

Description

Come down the first driveway. You will see a white sign “Windenfir” You will then see a sign “Windenfir Training Field.” Parking avail in front of gate, near the exit, or in front of garage. Basically you can park anywhere :) Agility course, tennis balls, fresh water, and poo buckets available. After going though Windenfir training field gate you will see the back gate with a sign “Windenfir Dog Pasture." Great place to explore and let them sniff. Looking to the right when out in the pasture, the neighbors Goldens occasionally bark. Two fences between properties on this side. Owner usually calls them when barking. The pasture has goat droppings so no surprises. This is a farm :) Chickens and goats in separate area and visible to dogs (see photos). Don’t be surprised if they come up to the fence to see what’s going on. Very nice field fencing in pasture. Chain link/field fencing in training field. As of now the pasture is wet, slick and hard packed in certain areas. Check pasture area if deciding to throw a ball/stick/small child :). Playhouse is open for photos and kids. A few small pieces inside in case a small child goes inside. Training available by request. Windenfirdogtraining.com Enjoy, breathe and relax.

Welcome, Come down the first driveway and you will see our address on a white sign “Windenfir” You will then see a sign "Windenfir Training Field" on a gate. This field is free from farm animals and droppings. Agility course if desired. Hose and water bowls in training field. You can park near the gate, exit, or in front of garage, unless visiting before 6am. My teenage kids might come and go and have been raised around working K9s and are not to engage unless you acknowledge them. After going through the training field gate you will see at the end of the field "Windenfir Dog Pasture" The pasture has some goat droppings, so no surprises, this is a small farm. Please 🙏 watch your dogs. Finding some hidden Mickeys, (poo) but totally understand with all the pinecones and mud. Animals are in own fenced area, but visible to your dogs. They just stare at you and are used to dogs. Neighbor in pasture (right when facing) occasionally has a old Golden who barks. They typically call him back, but want you to be aware. As of now the location is wet and muddy from the rain. This is a dogs paradise but not so much for the humans during the winter. Bring boots and towels. Sorry for this muddy adventure but we are keeping this spot open for the dogs Have fun and get some training in :) Windenfir Family

Hi! My name is Theresa. I recently started my sniffspot and love sharing my property with you and your doggos to enjoy. We will provide you and your best friend ( friends) with two acres of fully fenced property for your dogs to run free! Part of the property is Forest, where your dogs can forage, roam amongst the trees, dig, or just take in all the smells. Our visitors tell us It's the best of both worlds with the woods to roam and open areas to play fetch or practice on some of the agility equipment . Our space is very peaceful and beautiful, with lots of texture. We have a shade (or rain) canopy with a picnic table under it, fresh water, toys, and poop bags. :) I have 3 dogs that roam the upper 2 acres of the property. Sterling (border collie) Piper (border collie) and our newest member Wriggley ( husky mix) SHE was supposed to be a foster dog, but we fell in love with her... If your dogs roam up to the very edge of the Woods where the 4 acres are divided, they may see or hear my pups if they are outside. My pups may also bark for a minute as you play in the grass area down below if they see you. The property adjacent to us is the home of two nice dogs. They are very friendly. If our neighbors let them into their back field, there is a chance you and your dog will see them. Those same neighbors also have some piglets that are sometimes allowed to roam on the back end of their property. There is a chance you will catch them romping around. We hope to see you soon!
