The back gate opens to a spacious open field area. • Dog-Friendly Pool: The pool features a tanning ledge entrance, making it easily accessible for dogs. Please brush high-shedding dogs before your visit. • Safety First: Swim at your own risk. Dog life vests are not provided, so bring your own if needed. Please read Sniffspot’s Water Safety https://help.sniffspot.com/article/167-how-to-keep-your-dog-safe-around-pools-and-water • Outdoor Sink: Fill up water bowls and rinse water bowls at the outdoor kitchen sink • Comfortable Seating: Relax in various seating areas around the yard, including bar chairs, lounge chairs, rockers, and a hammock. • No Smoking/Vaping/Alcohol: To ensure a clean and safe environment, smoking, vaping, and alcohol are not permitted. • Pool Use Policy: Only one person is allowed in the pool to assist dogs. Additional people can be added for $30 each. NO EXCEPTIONS • Pet Cleanup: Guests must clean up after their dogs. Poop bags can be found at the gate entrace at the driveway. PLEASE DISPOSE OF POOP BAGS IN THE TRASH CANS IN THE DRIVEWAY. Additional Rules Pool Safety: No running around the pool. No diving or jumping into the pool. This is a swimming pool and only 6 feet deep. Glass Prohibition: No glass is allowed on the property. Pool Access: The pool is primarily for dogs. One adult can assist dogs in the pool. Only one person per visit is permitted in the pool unless you add additional people in the extras. No children are allowed in the pool due to liability, not even as an extra. Privacy fence on both sides with a 4-5ft chain link around it. Back of the yard is only chain link in case you have a jumper. The back of the yard is partially wooded but plenty of space to run and play. I am an owner of 4 dogs of which 3 go in the back the 4th is a rescue with high anxiety and gets walked. I do have dogs on both side of me. One side is quiet the other are hounds that will bark or howl. Currently there is an above ground pool not covered and no deck around it only steps. The steps will be removed soon and it will be closed for winter. Great running space for any dog that needs to stretch there legs.

The spot is on a 0.5 acre backyard with a 6 foot tall privacy wooden fence. Mostly quiet backyard (neighbor across the street has a loud, autistic son who stays on his front porch at times) as it is located on a dead end.
