The entire property is 10 acres that has a quiet, country feel- limited road noise, a few neighbors and plenty of privacy. The dog play area is a 70’x120’ sand arena that is 5’ tall and fully fenced in. There is a basket of assorted dog toys for you to use as well and a water trough for your doggy friends to jump in.

Tucked away and surrounded by a peaceful year round running creek, several mature oak trees providing plenty of shade and toys for you and your pup to have a fun adventure together without the distraction of other animals or people. We provide several seating options, a paddle board (seasonal), floaties (seasonal), cooler for drinks and food, toys, water (cold/hot/ice machine as well), water bowls, water shoes, doggie life jackets in varies sizes, doggie shampoo, natural bug sprays, doggie and hooman sunscreen, treats, a hose area to rinse off yourself and doggies, and a indoor bathroom. Additionally our creek is not shared with any public access. The strip of land across the creek which is mainly covered in overgrowth of blackberries and trees is privately owned and fully fenced. No public access is granted there. Additionally during rattlesnake season it is always good to be aware of your surroundings no matter where you go, however we have not encountered any snakes on our property to this date. 2 acres of pasture, huge open area to play fetch, we have a wash area with hot water for muddy paws or bodies! I have two areas affordable price for all. you can rent just Area 1 that is in pictures see pictures 1st part. 2nd part says must be added as extra features. A beautiful country setting in the heart of the city. Willow Kane Farm offers 1/2 acre of fenced fun for your dogs. Included in our rate is a practice agility course *DOES NOT INCLUDE A FULL A-FRAME OR CATWALK, a dig pit, a variety of toys and plenty of shaded seating for the humans. For your convenience we have a poop control center, first aid kits (human and canine) and we sanitize and clean our toys, and water dish multiple times a week. * Please note, this is a small working farm. You are likely to see us out doing chores, sometimes with farm equipment. There are neighbors who have dogs, donkeys and kids that can all be heard and often seen. We board and train dogs, some are vocal. We also have several dogs and they sometimes bark. We are a busy Sniffspot and do have some guests with dogs that dig holes, including under the fence line. We do our best to fill them, however, we always have dogs that dig so it is a constant repair. We provide this space for dogs to do dog things and have fun doing it! Lovely manicured lawn, fully fenced, lots of running and playing room, dogs, who like to dig are allowed and there’s a great pool for swimming in in the summertime. I will provide fresh filtered water, dog, bowls, some toys and a cooler of waters for Dog parents . tables with chairs, a bench and more amenities to come.
