55Another great run!
55Super easy and a great yard my 2 Australian Shepard love it!
55By far, the best Sniffspot we’ve been to. Very big, spacious, for my dogs to run around and fetch. The grass is beautiful and well taken care of. Very clean. My dogs loved using their agility equipment, which was a plus. We will definitely come back. It was worth the 40min drive.
55Loved it! We were able to get 2 cousins together and they had a great time
55Very nice quiet place to take your dog.
55Note that there are no toys, so be sure to bring your own. It was a chilly, wet morning (which was not expected as Oakland is sunny!), but we had a blast!
55Love this place! My dogs had a really good run and we were also able to play a little bit with the agility equipment. The redwood trees and the beautiful green lawn are such a treat! we will definitely be coming back!
55Love this spot- this is our second time here and we will definitely be returning. Fencing is very secure and there’s so much space for her to run.
55The large grass area was great. My dogs love to play fetch and sniff around. They had a great time.
55Really nice space! My dog loved it!

I'm Sol, the owner of two lovely border collies. My dogs compete in the sports of agility and herding. I have two properties to share: (1) my own backyard which is a half acre total and includes a 50x100 flat grass field with regulation agility equipment (all dogs welcome), and (2) a 1-acre pasture with sheep for training herding (herding dogs only, and a number of other restrictions -- contact me)

Private 2 Acre Forest Swimming Hole In Rural Woodside (Update: 7 stairs added)

This is a private, undeveloped, forested spot. If you are interested in this spot, you and your dog should be up for a mini adventure. This spot is not a manicured, backyard park. It is wild and beautiful, and a rare find in this area. THERE IS NO TRASH SERVICE AT THIS FOREST LOCATION. PACK EVERYTHING OUT WITH YOU, INCLUDING DOG POOP BAGGIES. The trail starts at the west (downhill) end of the parking spot, and winds downhill to the creek (there are a couple of switchbacks). The trail from the parking area to the creek is less than 5 minutes long. At the bottom of the trail, is a deck. Beyond the deck is a year-round creek with a swimming hole. There are fish, frogs, newts, and crawdads. All wildlife is protected, so please don't catch or remove them. You may walk up and down along the creek exploring, as long as you turn around if you see a waterfall downstream or a house in the distance. The trail that leads downhill to the creek is intermediate, not for beginners or flip-flops. There should be no poison oak or ticks on the trail, but if you venture off the trail, you may encounter poison oak or ticks. There are blackberry bushes to the sides of the trail that resemble poison oak. There should be no foxtails. You may see wild animals. As a wild spot, you may encounter typical hazards that are present in most local forest trails, such as wildlife, water, and trip-and-fall hazards. This is a private spot, and there should be no other people or dogs during your booking. If you see someone during your booking, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can take steps to prevent them from trespassing again. There is no lighting at this spot, so if you book before sunrise or after sunset, please bring a headlamp or flashlight. There is no trash collection service at this location, so please pack out any trash. Thank you!
