Description

Hi there, come and enjoy a scenic fenced in yard for you and your babies! You can enjoy listening to and watching the myriad of birds in the wetlands and, occasionally, you can even spot a chill alligator friend! Don't worry, the property is built on a flood wall over 8ft up so you and your pup can enjoy from a safe distance. It's an absolutely serene view that I would love to share! My dog, Murray, is now a senior with vision trouble and arthritis, so he spends most of his time comfortably indoors. We would love to share the yard with other dogs! His vet bills have become quite costly, with multiple cardiologist and ophthalmologist visits a year, so we figured this venture would be win/win: dogs and their parents get to enjoy the space, and we have a little more income to aid in the vet bills. Hi! I work full time in the legal industry but, before that, I was the Assistant Manager of a doggy playcare and boarding facility. I believe pets are family and deserve the world. My dog is elderly now and doesn't enjoy the backyard as much as he used to, so I would love the opportunity to allow other dogs to enjoy it. My dog's vet bills have also become difficult to keep up with, as he requires cardiologist and oncologist visits, so any way to help with that is much appreciated.

***Proof of all updated vaccinations will be required before accessing our spot. You can send it to us through the chat feature or bring a copy with you during your visit. Any reservations without proof of vaccinations will unfortunately be cancelled for the safety of our own personal pets and other guests. Thank you!*** **The initial booking is for the yard access only. We have toys set up for the dogs to play in the yard. If you wish to have access to the pool please look at the extras and add accordingly. Thank you!** We have 3000 sqft of artificial grass for the dogs to run and play on. No more dogs getting muddy from playing in the yard. **It states that there are always dogs present but what that means is we have 7 of our own personal dogs inside the home. They tend to peak out the window at times because they are curious and nosey. Sometimes they may bark but we do keep our blinds closed and doors locked so everyone will be able to enjoy their spot with their own pups. We just know some dogs are reactive to others and we don’t want to surprise anyone if they hear a barking pup inside the home! 🐶🙃🐶** ***Looking to swim with your furry friends, look under the extras. We have an 14x28 pool for you to swim with your dogs. The pool comes with a 5x10 sunshelf for the dogs to be able to get in without fully having to swim. ***We have hose hookups for those who prefer to play with the sprinkler system instead. We have ample patio seating in the pool enclosure to escape any irritating bugs. We can provide sanitized bowls for water for your furry friends. Come and play/swim with your dogs in our wonderful backyard paradise.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
