Description

Approximately .25 acres of fully fenced in play yard! There are digging spots, shady trees area and a nice size ball throwing yard. Animal, people friendly mosquito treated. New patio with seating. The ground can be muddy after rain. The last 2 pictures are the area where water accumulates after heavy, consistent rain.

Hazards

A tree fell on the fence on the side. It is protected by dog fencing until repaired. Pictured in description. There are medium size “concrete/rocks” from the new patio. I am cleaning those up and only a potential hazard if your dog likes to play with them.

Please clean up throughly before you leave and make sure both fences are closed. Make sure both fences are closed before letting your dogs off leash. Have a good time! No alcohol or smoking near the house. If you do smoke, take the butts with you

Your Pup's 0.4 Acre Private (Fully Enclosed 6 Foot Fence) Park In Lakeside!

Please come let your pups run around in our large Lakeside yard! Our 3 pups (sometimes 4 if we have a foster) love all the open space, so we hope yours will too. We will try to always leave a towel and some little treats up on the deck, so you’re more than welcome to help yourself to anything up there! There should be a basket of toys and baggies, so feel free to use any of it plus the pooper scoopers/hose etc.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
