Dog Park Rules: ALL USERS ARE ADVISED THAT THE OFF-LEASH DOG PARK IS AN UNSUPERVISED RECREATIONAL AREA. USE THE PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK. HOLMDEL TOWNSHIP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES TO YOU OR YOUR DOG. o Users are legally responsible for the control, actions, behavior, & safety of their dog, & must show consideration to others at all times. o Dogs must be leashed while entering and exiting the park. o Pronged, pinch, choke, spike or electronic training collars are NOT permitted. o Dog waste must IMMEDIATELY be cleaned up by the dog’s owner. o Children under 8 years of age are not permitted in the park. Children between 8-14 years of age must be closely supervised by an adult. o There is a limit of 2 dogs per person. At no time should the total number of dogs exceed 20, & the number of people exceed 25. o The park is divided into two separate fenced in areas. Dogs weighing less than 30 lbs must use the designated small dog area. Dogs weighing more than 30 lbs, must use the large dog area. o Stop your dog from digging!
